But from the table view, bone marrow edema group cartilage T2 map value was slightly higher than that of no bone marrow edema group.Conclusion1、Normal femoral articular cartilage T2 map numerical head can be roughly defined as 49.39+8.158, Clinical the interval possibility as reference standard, Necrosis of the femoral head cartilage T2 map if the measured value is greater than this value (more than 5-10 units), the suspect that the necrosis of the femoral head cartilage has been damaged, it is worthy of further attention;2、Early necrosis of the femoral head cartilage degeneration was not obvious, ARCOIII stage of femoral head necrosis of articular cartilage T2 the highest map value, the damaged degree of degeneration is the most significant, ARCOI、ARCOII stage of femoral head necrosis of articular cartilage damage may be not obvious or only mild damage;3、The appearance of bone marrow edema secondary to femoral head necrosis is a bad indicator of the progress of the disease, Through imaging observation, there was no obvious difference in the map T2 values between the bone marrow edema and the necrosis of the femoral head and the bone marrow edema and the necrosis of the femoral head bone, It can be inferred that the bone marrow edema of the femoral head may be caused by the pathological changes of the bone secondary to the cartilage, But because of the close relationship between cartilage and cartilage, At the same time, there were some slight signs of the map T2 values of cartilage in the bone marrow, This also suggests that the appearance of bone marrow edema may cause further damage to the articular cartilage of necrosis femoral head, The treatment of bone marrow edema may delay or even reverse the degeneration of the femoral head necrosis cartilage, this is also worthy of further research for clinicians.
