ObjectivesTo observe on Zishenyutai Pills(ZSYTW) on patients who is going to in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) and frozen embryo transfer pregnancy outcomes and to explore the mechanism of endometrial receptivity. Looking for a new path to raise the clinical pregnancy rate of IVF-ET.MethodsTo select 60 patients of kidney deficiency undergoing failed IVF-ET from The third affiliated hospital of guangzhou medical university reproductive center in August 2013 to February 2014 to observe. In fresh embryo transfer group, has 30 cases divided into Group ZSYTW and Group VE randomly. Each group has 15 cases. In frozen embryo transfer group, has 30 cases divided into Group ZSYTW and Group VE randomly. Each group has 15 cases. Group ZSYTW take ZSYTW pills from fifth day menstruation in three menstruation cycles. Stop taking medicine in Pituitary down-regulation, after 2 weeks, take medicine again until pregnancy. Group ZSYTW take 5g pills, three times a day. Group E take one pill a day. In fresh embryo transfer cycle, Compare their basal FSH and the number of antral follicles (AFC) before and after three cycles, to assess the function of ovarian reserve. Compare the ovulation induction days, oocyte number, good embryo number, frozen embryo number, fertilization rate to assess ovarian response and ovum quality, Compare E2, P and the ratio of HCG day, the endometrial thickness and pulsatility index (RI), resistance index (PI) of ET day to assess endometrial receptivity. Compare embryo implantation rate and pregnancy rate at last.In Frozen embryo cycle, Group ZSYTW take ZSYTW pills from fifth day menstruation in three menstruation cycles, Group VE take VE pills from fifth day menstruation in three menstruation cycles, until pregnancy. Drug dosage like before. In Frozen embryo cycle, Compare their basal FSH and the number of antral follicles(AFC) before and after three cycles, to assess the function of ovarian reserve. Compare E2, P and the ratio of transplant day, the endometrial thickness and pulsatility index (RI), resistance index (PI) of transplant day to assess endometrial receptivity. Compare embryo implantation rate and pregnancy rate at last.Result1. In fresh embryo transfer cycle, basal FSH before and after three treatment cycles in two groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05). In Group ZSYTW, the number of antral follicles after three cycles significantly increased before taking the medicine, show a significant difference (P<0.05), group VE did not show a significant difference(P>0.05). After taking pills, two groups did not show a significant difference(P>0.05).2. In fresh embryo transfer cycle, Two groups of stimulate ovulation days are roughly equal, shows no significant difference(P>0.05).The amount of Gn in group ZSYTW less than group VE, which has a significant difference(P <0.05).3. In fresh embryo transfer cycle, the number of oocyte number, frozen embryo and good embryo is almost the same in two groups, shows no significant difference (P>0.05). the fertilization rate of group ZSYTW is higher, compare to group VE has a significant difference(P<0.05).4. In fresh embryo transfer cycle, No significant difference in endometrial thickness of two groups at transplant day, but in group ZSYTW the pulsatility index (PI) was significantly reduced, has a significant difference (P<0.05). the E2^ P and E2/P value of HCG day in group ZSYTW is lower than group VE, has no significant difference(P>0.05).5. In fresh embryo transfer cycle, implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate between two groups has no a significant difference(P> 0.05).6. In frozen embryo transfer cycle, basal FSH after three treatment cycles in two groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05), In group ZSYTW, the number of antral follicles after three cycles significantly increased before taking the medicine, show a significant difference(P<0.05). and the number of antral follicles in group ZSYTW more than group VE, has a significant difference (P<0.05).7. In frozen embryo transfer cycle, the endometrial thickness, pulsatility index, resistance index and E2/P value of transplantion day in two groups show no significant difference(P>0.05).8. In frozen embryo transfer cycle, The implantation rate of group ZSYTW is higher than group VE(P<0.05), but clinical pregnancy rate show no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conelusion1. In the fresh embryo transfer cycles, take ZSYTW pill at least three cycles can increase antral follicles, give a protective effect on ovarian reserve function.2. In the fresh embryo transfer cycles, ZSYTW pill can reduce the dosage of Gn in the process of Stimulate ovulation, improve the reactivity of the ovary, cooperate with western medicine to Stimulate ovulation.3. In the fresh embryo transfer cycles, ZSYTW pill can improve ovarian function, optimize the ovum, so as to improve the fertilization rate.4. In the fresh embryo transfer cycles, ZSYTW pill can improve the endometrial perfusion, increase endometrial receptivity.5. In the frozen embryo transfer cycles, ZSYTW pill can increase the number of antral follicles and improve ovarian reserve function, optimize the ovum, improve implantation rate to get more pregnancy.
