Clinical Observations On Auricular-plaster For Treatment For Constipation After Apoplexia

Objective:By observing the comparative method and beans buried ear,acupuncture and simple stroke clinical efficacy of drug treatment of constipation, to investigate the clinical significance of Auricular buried beans method constipation after stroke, provide a theoretical basis for future clinical treatments.Methods:Selected 60 cases of source diagnosis in inpatient and outpatient department visits patients encephalopathy, the patients were divided into " pressure treatment group", "acupuncture group " and "medication group" according to the random number table method,and each group has 20 patients.Three groups are treated with basic treatment, the pressure treatment group selected auricular buried beans as a treatment,press the point 4 times a day,and change another ear 3days later; the acupuncture group selected normal acupuncture as the treatment method,one time a day,and the medication group cure the disease by oral Maren drops, 9 grams one time,oral grams two times a day.The three groups of treatment are all 15 days. Observed their Clinical symptom scores, the improvement of symptoms and the time of first defecation after the treatment, statistical analysis their data,and concluded.Results:Clinical symptom scores of constipation:The clinical symptom scores of pressure treatment group, acupuncture group and medication group were reduced obviously compared with PT(P<0.05), the pressure treatment group doesn’t have significant difference with the acupuncture group(P>0.05),and the scores of the two groups were lower than the medication group’s,there was the significant difference(p<0.05),it pointed out the benefits of the pressure treatment group and acupuncture group were better than medication group’s. The improvement of each clinical symptoms:There is a significant difference between post-treatment and prior treatment for interval of defecation,speed of defecation, characteristics of stool,the difficulty ofdefecation, convenient intention and accompanied symptoms( p<0.05). The pressure treatment group doesn’t have significant difference with the acupuncture group(p>0.05), and the scores of the two groups were lower than the medication group’s,there was the significant difference( p<0.05),it illustrated that the pressure treatment group and acupuncture group are better than medication group in the improvement of each clinical symptoms. The time of first defecation:It doesn’t significant difference between the pressure treatment group and acupuncture group(P>0.05),but they have significant difference with the medication group(p<0.05),it illustrated that the pressure treatment group and acupuncture group are better than medication group in the time of first defecation. The total efficiency: The total efficiency of the pressure treatment group is 80.00%, the total efficiency of the acupuncture group is 85.00%, the total efficiency of the medication group is75.00%,they don’t have significant difference(P>0.05),and illustrated that the pressure treatment group has treatment effective.Conclusion:The pressure treatment can improve the symptoms of apoplexia’s astriction,accelerate convalescence of apoplexia,and heighten patients live quality, the pressure treatment is bette than Maren drops group,so it is a effective treatment for apoplexia’s astriction, deserved to be chronic used and launch extensive.
