Diagnosis and treatment of children with enuresis for today, and in recent years many researchers regard to its causes and mechanisms, have conducted in-depth research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, but in terms of the country still lack a unified treatment, standardized criteria, that a considerable part of the child can not get better treatment for this status quo in 2014 domestic experts also reached a consensus on the treatment of children with nocturnal enuresis disease management simple, but All in all Western treatment of the disease is not satisfactory, and there are some bad reaction, the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of this disease exactly, and no adverse effects were found.We summarize the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Pediatrics, Clinical experience of using yang qi pediatric enuresis treatment, observation of clinical symptoms Treatment yang qi Deficiency type roadway to improve the situation of children with enuresis in children, and objectively evaluate its clinical efficacy.MethodsA total of 65 cases we met the inclusion criteria and complete clinical data in children with enuresis, all using yang qi Therapy, medicinal: Astragalus, Shichangpu, laevigata, Schisandra, Rehmannia, Atractylodes, treating diabetes, Ligustrum lucidum, Poria, cinnamon, eucommia, psoralen plus or minus, serving a day, for taking four weeks, this experiment is designed to cross-reference, as set by the design of treatment was observed in children with enuresis, also recorded before and after the signs and symptoms of the case, and symptom scores with the relevant statistical analysis, clinical value of yang qi party.ResultsAfter treatment, the number of children with enuresis yang qi law significantly reduced the symptoms in efficacy urine, cold extremities, can wake extent, tongue and pulse etc improved significantly or even disappear.
