ObjectiveGastroesophageal reflux is a common clinical quality of life and reduce health-damaging disease, and is often easily overlooked by each physician, and now for gastroesophageal reflux disease (laryngopharyngeal reflux disease, LPRD) diagnosis and treatment are still relatively much controversy. LPRD of TCM diagnosis, diagnosis and treatment and treatment evaluation more experience with reference to diagnostic criteria or treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, has not yet become the norm in Chinese medical and efficacy evaluation system. Previous clinical observations, Spleen wet storm is LPRD common clinical syndromes type, and the use of spleen dampness Therapy LPRD also achieved good results. This study of 100 cases LPRD (spleen phlegm type) were randomly grouped to the Altering liujunzi decoction orally, Integrative Medicine group added to esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated oral tablets, and its treatment before and after symptoms and signs were scored to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Six Gentlemen Decoction LPRD (spleen phlegm type), to provide clinical basis for the establishment of a standardized LPRD Chinese medical system.MethodsIn this study, through signs and symptoms scale diagnosed LPRD, TCM syndrome differentiation of spleen phlegm type of 100 patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group of 50 patients,50 cases of Integrative Medicine Group. Among them,30 patients with mild, the effective rate of 86.67%, moderate in 16 patients, the effective rate of 81.25%, severe 4 cases, the effective rate of 50%, symptom score and signs were out when compared with the group the reduction, the difference was significantly (P<0.05).2. Efficacy of Integrative Group:(1) Altering liujunzi decoction with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment LPRD of a significant effect, the total effective rate of 78%. Among them,27 patients with mild, the effective rate of 88.89%; moderate 19 patients, the effective rate was 73.68%; severe 4 cases, the effective rate of 25%. Total symptom score when compared with the group and signs have been reduced, the difference was significantly (P<0.05).3. Practitioners, Integrative Medicine group efficacy analysis between the two groups:Treated Altering liujunzi decoction LPRD (spleen phlegm type), and Altering liujunzi decoction with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment LPRD effectiveness compared with no obvious difference (P> 0.05), symptom score and total score compared to the signs and found no significant differences (P> 0.05). ConclusionAltering liujunzi decoction reflux laryngitis (spleen phlegm type), good effect, significant adverse reactions in clinical use does not appear, low economic cost, can provide a new starting point for the current specification has not been sound LPRD Chinese medicine clinics. The spleen phlegm type can be used as a reference Syndromes reflux laryngitis Chinese medical standardization.
