The Study For The Selection Regularity Of Meridians, Acupoints And Methods In The Acupuncture Treatment On Eczema, Based On The Literature Analysis

Objects: Through analyzing the modern literatures to summarize the selection regularity of meridians, acupoints and methods in the acupuncture treatment on eczema, for providing the theoretical consultation to the clinical application of acupuncture treatment on eczema.Methods:This study used computer retrieval. The author searched China Academic Journals’ Full text Database, Wangfang Database, Chinese Scientific Journal Database (VIP), Chinese BioMedical Literature Database (CBM) and PubMed database. The search condition of Chinese database were "(subject=eczema & subject acupuncture and moxibustion) or (subject=eczema & subject=acupuncture) or (subject=eczema & subject=moxibustion) ";The search condition of English database was "(subject=eczema & subject=acupuncture)". The author searched all the relevant literatures from 2005.01 to 2014.12, concentrated on the acupoints selection, meridians distribution, the frequency of acupoints utilization and methods selection, for summarizing the selection regularity of meridians, acupoints and methods in the acupuncture treatment on eczema.Results:The quantity of all the relevant literatures is 213, the quantity of clinical literatures relating to acupuncture treatment on eczema is 141 thereinto.141 literatures refer to 7329 case. Through analyzing all the literatures, results as follows1. The selection regularity of meridians and acupoints:(1) The highest frequency using acupoints in proper order is:Qucni(83times), Xuehai (69times), Zusanli (60times), Sanyinjiao(50times), Ashipoint (48times), Feishu (31times), Dazhui(29times), Pishu(26times), Geshu (22times), Yinlingquan(18times), Taichong(lltimes), Changqiang(11times), Shenshu (lOtimes), Weizhong (8times).(2) The high-frequency acupoints’meridians distribution:Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin(137times) and Large Intestine Merdian of Hand-Yangming (119times) is the most. Then Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang(97times), Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming(60times), Governor Vessel(40times) and Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyin(11times) are in proper order.(3) The high-frequency acupoints’ distribution in body:lower limbs (216times) are the most. Then upper limbs (119times), dorsum (108times), waist and buttocks (21 times) are in proper order.(4) The high-frequency acupoi nts’ distribution in specific point:The He points (169times) are the most commonly used. Then Crossing points(90times), Lower He-sea points(68times) and Back-shu points (67times) are in proper order. The He points have greatest superiorities in treating eczema.2. The selection regularity of acupuncture methods: 141 literatures involve various acupuncture therapies. Acupoint injection therapy (48articles), Acupuncture therapy (46 articles) and Pricking blood therapy (33articles) are using more often and having good effects. The combination therapy is widely used with an even better result.3. The selection regularity of meridians, acupoints and methods in the acupuncture treatment on different types of eczema:(1) The selection regularity of acupoints on different types of eczema: Dazhui(7times), Quchi(7times), Xuehai (7times) are using more often in treating acute eczema; Quchi(40times), Xuehai(35times) and Zusanli(30times) are using more often in treating chronic eczema(2) The selection regularity of acupuncture methods on different types of eczema: Acupuncture therapy (7articles) and Pricking blood therapy (5articles) are using more often in treating acute eczema; Acupoint injection (29 articles) is using more often in treating chronic eczema.4. The selection regularity of meridians, acupoints and methods in the acupuncture treatment on different patterns of eczema:(1) The selection regularity of acupoints on different patterns of eczema on di fferent patterns of eczema:Quchi (13times), Hegu (10times), Xuehai (9times) and Dazhui(7times) are using more often in treating syndrome of damp and hot accumulate skin; Sanyinjiao(8times), Xuehai (7times), Zusanli (7times), Quchi (6times), Pishu(6times) are using more often in treating syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness; Xuehai (14times), Quchi (10times), Sanyinjiao (10times) Zusanli (9times), Geshu(8times) are using more often in treating syndrome of blood deficiency and wind-dryness.(2) The selection regularity of acupuncture methods on different patterns of eczema:acupuncture therapy (13articles,10 articles,13 articles) is the most widely used therapy in treating different patterns of eczema.Conclusion:1. The acupoiuts are most chosen From Spleen from Spleeen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin and Large Intestine Merdian of Hand-Yangming in the clinical alcupuncture treatment application on eczema.2. Quchi, Xuehai, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Hegu and Ashi point are using more often in treating eczema. According to different types or patterns, there should have corresponding changes.3. Acupoint injection therapy, Acupuncture therapy and Pricking blood therapy are using more often on treating eczema. According to diferent types or patterns there should have corresponding changes.
