| Purpose : Aim to describe a third rate of Jiangsu province hospital staff satisfaction and hospital culture contribute situation, analyze the correlation between staff satisfaction and the relevance of hospital culture construction, explore the construction of hospital culture influence on staff satisfaction by questionnaire, giving suggestions to improve the hospital culture construction.Object and Methods: The sample from Nanjing Large general public hospital, open 3000 beds, with more than 5000 medical staff. This survey was based on the scale prediction requirements. Considering the difference of people harboring different jobs, we conducted the survey by random selection in the level of first-class hospital, gender, age, position, academic and technical titles, etc., a random sample of 600 staffs in different departments the crowd as the respondents. Scale of the project using Liker method quantitative scores 5 points. After questionnaire recycling, using Epidata3.1 QES databases, adopts double input method to input data, logic error correction, and data entry to complete the data exploration, by using the statistical software SPSS20.0 to describe and analyze the data.By using tools, through the network at home and abroad for staff satisfaction and hospital culture construction research literature summarized the sorting, writing literature review. With different demographic characteristics present staff satisfaction and the status quo of the construction of hospital culture carries on the statistical description; Hospital spirit construction of hospital culture, organization, management system and cultural environment in different aspects, such as construction present situation and the canonical correlation analysis of the relationship between staff satisfaction; With binary logistic regression analysis to explore hospital culture’s influence on staff satisfaction.Results: 600 questionnaires, recycling of 561, the recovery rate of 93.5%, of which 552 valid questionnaires, effective rate was 98.4%.(1) The internal satisfaction score was 4.19±0.679, the external satisfaction score was 4.00±0.783, general satisfaction score was 4.09±0.701. In addition to different degree group employees outside the internal satisfaction score difference was not significant, other groups of staff’s intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction and general satisfaction score differences were statistically significant.(2) Evaluation of hospital culture construction are divided into 4.08 points, from staff status evaluation and construction of hospital culture, culture behavior and culture material construction situation is better in the construction of spiritual culture and institutional culture.(3) Evaluation of each index of hospital culture construction with three staff satisfaction levels are positively correlated, larger correlation are two aspects of spiritual culture and institutional culture.(4) Some of the hospital culture construction of evaluation index has significant effects on staff satisfaction. Spirit, hospital management system and style of significant effects on staff satisfaction within; Hospital ethics, organization and cultural environment has significant effects on staffs external satisfaction; Organizations, hospitals, style and cultural environment has significant effects on staff general satisfaction. Conclusions:(1) the sample hospital staff’s intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction and general satisfaction at a higher level.(2) Samples of hospital culture construction of the overall situation are good.(3) The hospital culture and staff satisfaction has significant correlation, hospital culture exist in different levels of staff satisfaction with the influence of different level.(4) Improve hospital culture construction to improve staff satisfaction, the hospital should be according to their own construction and development needs a scientific and reasonable development strategy planning.Suggestions:(1) Attaches great importance to the mental hospital and morality construction, enhance the level of spiritual culture.(2) Improve and optimize the organization construction, establish a rational, standardized management system.(3) Improving the attitude and keeping good behavior of contribute the hospital culture.(4) To create a healthy and harmonious cultural environment, enriching the content of hospital material culture. |
