| Objective In contrast !;〇 DSA angiography, we prospectively analyze the accuracy of化e Duakinput CT perfUsio打化chnique(DICTp)化 de化ct and locat:e the hemodynamic abnormalities in tuberculosis hemoptysis patients and the correlation between the abnormal perfusion lung segments and the quantity of hemoptysis. Methods 31 consecutive cases of patients with tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis underwent dual-iiputperfiisio打 CT scanjustbefoi’e DSA. And the化theCTperftisionparame化rs at every segment of lung were recorded and conpared with those of DSA, supposing DSA diagnostic imaging as gold s化ndard. Reså±±ts We observed 558 lung segments in 31 cases and found 200 positive lung segments in DSA imaging. DICTp discovered 209 positive lung segments. Consistency check Kappa coefficient is 0.819 > 0.75.We considered the perfiision index(PI) as the most signiflca打t indicator æ‹“r the diagnosis.Whe打 the critical value is 92.75, the sensitivity is 91.9% and the specå·§city is 89.6%.The number of abnormal perfbsion lung seå•ment and the level of hemoptysis show medium correlatio打 and the correlatio打 coefficient is 0.605. Conclusion DICTp, which is a reliable U)〇Lcan de1:ect and loca化 pulmonary abnormal blood 打ow in tuberculosis hemoptysis patients accurately and sensitively and the number of abnormal perfusion lung segment and the level of hemoptysis show medium correlation. Also,the number of abnormal per fusion lung segment is a critical parame 化 r which could influence hemoptysis and the quantity of hemoptysis. |
