| Objective: To investigate the indirect measurement method and its clinical significance between lumbar spine CT scans through relevant regional reconstruction technique, and interspinous dynamic stabilization system for placement in the treatment of lumbar degenerative disease of people to provide reference data and clinical feasibility. To study the application feasibility, surgical techniques and evaluate Clinic theraputic effects of Wallis dynamic stabilization system in surgical treatment of Lumbar disc herniation. Methods :(1) US GE64 pro CT scanned 52 patient of non Lumbar degenerative disease, no trauma, tumor and lumbar spine deformity, aged 24-50 years(mean 34±4 years),measurement by PACS system:Distance between the two adjacent spinous processes; Distance across the two adjacent spinous processes; Height of basic spinous processes; Thickness of the superior spinous processes; Thickness of central spinous processes; Thickness of the inferior spinous processes; The measurement data are measured three times and take its average, by SPSS15.0 statistical software for data from normality test and T test.(2) From September 2011 to September 2012, Ten cases of patients suffering from lumbar disc herniation were selected. Ten patients were treated with decompression, posterior implantation of Wallis dynamic stabilization system. Visual analogue scale(VAS) and Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA) scores for low back pain and Oswestry disability index(ODI) were used to evaluate clinical outcomes.Results:(1) Hã€TS and TC P < 0.05, were statistical significance between male and female; DB between male and female had no statistical significance(P > 0.1); DA in L45 segment(P = 0.37 > 0.1), there was no statistically significant difference between male and female; L2 and L5 TI(P = 0.63 > 0.1, P = 0.63 > 0.1) between male and female have no statistical significance. Male DB L23 is the longest(11.3±2.63 mm), L45 is the shortest(7.83±0.92 mm), female DB L12 is the longest(8.63±1.57), L34 is the shortest(6.34±1.63 mm); Both DA and H are the trend of first increases and then decreases, both male and female DA L12 is the longest, L3 of male H is the highest(24.38±2.17 mm), L4 of female is the highest(19.52±2.06 mm); male and female in the thickness of the spinous processes is TI > TC > TS, female > male, and the lower edge of each Lumbar spinous is generally greater than the upper edge of the next lumbar process on thickness.(2) All the patients were followed-up for 3-13 months(mean 9±2 months). Sings and symptoms of all patients were improved significantly after operation, The postoperative VAS was dramatically decreased than that of preoperation(P<0.01); the JOA score was obviously increased(P<0.01), and the ODI score was decreased(P<0.01).Conclusions:(1) Each measurement data showed normal distribution, male is more than female in DBã€DAã€H and Thickness of the superior spinous processes,lt shows that the spinous processes of the male were highst, thicker than the female, lt reflects the Chinese people the anatomical features of lumbar spinous processes related area, and for the application of dynamic stability between spine system provides reference data.(2) The application of Wallis can achieve good clinical results for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. |
