Objective: Discussion Analysis fractional flow reserve(FFR) clinical efficacy and application value in guiding the treatment of multivessel disease. Methods: we elected 41 patient who accepted the coronary angiography showed at least 2 coronary artery stenosis ≥50% from Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. According to the different Methods of treatment interventions were divided into two groups. The CAG group which showed by coronary angiography had stenosis at lest of 50% or more treated as PCI treatment, FFR groups were stander by FFR that lesion of FFR<0.75 were treat by PCI, lesion of FFR>0.75 were treat by drug.therapy. Analysis the two groups number of stents, the dosage of contrast agent and the major adverse cardiac events(the rate of death, nonfatal myocardial infarction and repeat revascularization) and the recurrence of angina pectoris at 6 months.Result: Compare the the number of stents used per patient and dosage of contrast agent the FFR group were significantly less than the CAG group [(1.68±0.75) vs(2.68±0.72),(162.89±47.59)ml vs(206.36±40.89)ml, P<0.05] and the major adverse cardiac events and and the recurrence of angina pectoris at 6 months have no statistically significant difference between the two groups.(P>0.05).Conclusion: In the interventional treatment of multivessel coronary artery disease, the guidance of FFR in PCI can accurately recognize and deal with the lesion which lead to myocardial ischemia, achieve functional reascularization, also it would avoid unnecessary stenting, reduce the risk of postoperative restenosis and thrombosis.
