An Analysis On Three Kinds Of Conservative Treatment Of 90 Cases Atypical Endometrial Hyperplasia

Objective:ComParison of GnRH-a, MPA and gossypol acetic acid for the effic acy of the treatment of atypical endometrial hyperplasia.Methods:A study was carry out on 90 cases with atypical endometrial hyperplasia patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University fro m Jan.2008 to Jun.2013. According to the different treatment methods,90 cases divided into Goserelin acetate (GnRH-a) group, MPA group and gossypol acetic a cid group. Goserelin acetate group 30 cases, subcutaneous injection of goserelin ace tate,3.6mg/,1 times/28 day, a total of 3 months;medroxyprogesterone acetate gro uP 30 cases, oral medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets,250mg/l times,1 times /1d ay, a total of 3 months; gossypol acetic acid group 30 cases, oral compound gossp ol acetate tablets,20mg/l times,1 times/1 day, a total of 3 months. After 3 mont hs treatment,all patients were examined by hysteroscopy and histopathological exam ination. Comparison of therapeutic effects of after three mounths treatment and one year follow-up.Result:1.A statistically significant among three groups after 3 mounths treatments(P =0.003). The difference was statistically significant between GnRH-a group and MP A group (P=0.001), about the complete remission rate,GnRH-a group was higher t han that of MPA group.2.After 1 years of follow-up among three grougs, the com plete remission rates were:70%(21/30),70%(14/20) and96%(24/25) A statisti cally significant among three groups after 1 years of follow-up (P=0.029). GnRH-a group and gossypol acetic acid group, MPA group and gossypol acetic acid group had differences. Statistically significant (P=0.011;P=0.014), complete remission rate of gossypol acetic acid group was higher than that of GnRH-a group and MPA g roup.3.After 1 years of follow-up treatment for three groups of disease recurrence r ate comparison, GnRH-a group (58.3%), MPA group (41.7%) and compound gossyp ol acetate group (0%). The recurrence rate of GnRH-a was significantly higher tha n that of other two kinds of treatment methods.Conclusion:1 Compound Gosspol Acetate Tablets may be older than 45 years of at ypical hyperplasia of endometrium in women is a better method of conservative tre atment.2 GnRH-a in the treatment of atypical endometrial hyperplasia of better shor t-term effect, but has a higher recurrence rate.
