Objective:To explore the clinical significance and prognostic values of mTOR, VEGFR-2,PDGFR-β and CD117 in Soft Tissue Sarcoma (STS).Methods:The patient of xinjiang medical university affiliated tumor hospital were treated in surgical andpathological data of the full sample of 94 cases of STS in 2006.1.1-2010.12.25 were collected.The expression of Mtor;VEGFR-2;PDGFR-β and CD117 in 94 STS patients was examined by Tissue microarray technology and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the correlation between clinical characteristics and prognosis was analyzed.Results:1.94 cases of soft tissue sarcoma patients, the median PFS and OS were 17 months (95%CI: 10.639-23.361 months) and 68 months (95%CI:61.806-74.194 months),3-year survival rate was 71.0%,5-year survival rate was 65.2%.2.The over- expression rates of mTOR;VEGFR-2;PDGFR-β and CD117 in STS were 67.0%(63/94),68.7% (64/94),38.3%(36/94) and7.4%(7/94). respectively.3. mTOR expression and pathological type, tumor size and clinical stage (P<0.05), and gender, age, location, depth, not histological grade (P>0.05). The expression of VEGFR-2 is associated with tumor pathological type, age (P<0.05), and gender, tumor location, size, clinical stage, histological grade, depth is not (P>0.05). PDGFR-βexpression is associated with the depth and histological grading of tumor (P<0.05) Soft tissue sarcomas surgical margins, mTOR and PDGFR-β expression and PFS/OS-related (P<0.05). Between CD117 expression and clinicopathological features of no statistically significant correlation.4. Soft tissue sarcoma surgical margins,mTOR expression and PFS/OS correlation (P <0.05).Conclusion:1.mTOR, VEGFR-2 in soft tissue sarcoma is highly expressed, which is to understand the soft tissue sarcoma, development mechanisms and treatment provides a new way of thinking; 2. mTOR and PDGFR-β expression and positive margins are poor prognostic indicators of soft tissue sarcoma; 3. mTOR, VEGFR-2, PDGFR-β expression in soft tissue sarcoma in the case to provide a theoretical reference for the targeted treatment of soft tissue sarcoma;CD117 protein expression confined to soft tissue sarcoma by immunohistochemistry (IHC). |
