Objective:To analysis the association of uterine fibroids risk with hypertensio-n, hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia, and provide guidelines for the prevention of ute-rine leiomyomata. Methods:801cases of uterine leiomyomata patients to our hospi-t al from January 2012 to June 2014 were enrolled for the case group,761 healthya ttendants were chosen from our hospital for the same period in healthy subjects a-s a control group. Logistic regression was used to estimate the odds ratio for the association of uterine fibroids with hypertension, hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia. t-he comparison of count data using chi-square test, measurement data using t test. Results:There is no significant difference of the nationality(P>0.05). After the m-u ltivariate Logistic analysis revealed that hypertension(OR=2.699,95% CI 1.947-3.74 2), hyperglycemia (OR=2.954,95% CI 1.976~4.418) and dyslipidemia (OR=2.268,9 5% CI 1.759~2.925) are a risk for uterine leiomyomata. Conclusion:Hypertension, h yperglycemia and dyslipidemia are a risk for uterine leiomyomata.
