Objective:To search the mechanism of modulated medium frequency electrical stimulation therapy for treatment of SUI. Using the modulated medium frequency electric stimulation therapy, the SUI rats as the experimental object, expression of LOX and calpain of pelvic tissue in SUI rats were observed after treatment at different times.Methods:80 clean twelve week old healthy female SD rats (weight 280±20g), were randomly divided into four groups:modulated medium frequency electrical stimulation group, electro-acupuncture group, the model group and blank control group with 20 rats in each group. One week after breeding on three group female rats except blank group outside to vaginal dilatation oppression. Two weeks after conventional breeding on three groups of rats were removal of bilateral ovarian surgery. All rats were detected the MBC and operated sneezing experiment after half a month. At the second day of the successful model of the rats started were intermediate frequency therapy and electro-acupuncture therapy. After remedy for seventh days, fourteenth days, each group half the rats were collected specimens. Testing the content of the LOX and calpain of pelvic floor tissue by ELISA methodResults:①7th days and 14th days after treatment were detected, their MBC increased significantly, the rats in modulated medium frequency electrical stimulation group and electro-acupuncture group (P<0.05).②With the time increasing, the expression of LOX increased in the SUI treatment of pelvic tissue. At the same time collecting specimens, modulated medium frequency electrical stimulation group, electro-acupuncture group protein content respectively more than the model group and blank control group with significant statistical difference (P<0.05). LOX protein content in modulated medium frequency electrical stimulation group more than electro-acupuncture group, significant the difference (P<0.05).③With the time increasing, the expression of SUI in the rats of model group increased obviously. The protein content increased modulated medium frequency electrical stimulation group and electro-acupuncture group compared with the model group, the relatively slow. At the same time collecting specimens, modulated medium frequency electrical stimulation group and electro-acupuncture group protein content were less than the model group had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Modulated medium frequency electrical stimulation and electro-acupuncture therapy on the treatment of SUI rats both can increase rats’MBC, and modulated medium frequency electrical stimulation better than electro-acupuncture therapy.2. Medium frequency electric therapy and electro acupuncture therapy both can promote the increase of LOX expression, and modulated medium frequency electrical stimulation better than electro-acupuncture therapy.3. Medium frequency electric therapy and electro acupuncture therapy both can inhibition of calpain expression increased, and modulated medium frequency electrical stimulation better than electro-acupuncture therapy.
