Objective:Through using the method of ziyin kidney, clear the hot and humid medicinal broth of traditional Chinese medicines treating Yin deficiency syndrome perimenopausal women urinary tract infection (uti), validation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal women the curative effect of urinary tract infection.Method:This study choose from March 2014 to August 2014 the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university traditional of Chinese medicine outpatient service doctor Yin deficiency syndrome perimenopausal women 60 patients with urinary tract ifections, randomly diided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group. The control group (given antibiotics), the treatment group (given antibiotics+herbal medicinal broth), treatment group with the disease according to individual circumstance is to add and subtract,1 week for a period of treatment, observation curative effect after the two course. Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment routine urine, urine bacteria culture, immune index changes of the IgA, IgG, IgM, improvement of traditional Chinese mediine (TCM) and clinical syptoms. Using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis, measurement data with "X +S" statistical description, count data with X squared inspection. To have statistical significance (P< 0.05), the evaluation of the effectiveness of clinical observation.Results:1.In perimenopausal women with urinary tract infection, clinical cure rate in treatment group was 60.00%, total effective rate was 86.67%; The control group cure rate was 36.67%, total effective rate was 73.33%. Comparing the two groups have significant difference (P< 0.05), indicating that the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.2.In traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect is convenient, clinical cure rate of treatment group was 63.33%, total effective rate was 90.00%; And control group in the clinical cure rate was 36.67%, total effective rate was 70.00%, comparing the two groups have significant difference (P< 0.05), indicating that in TCM syndrome curative effect, the treatment group is better than the control group.3.In terms of recovery rate and recurrence rate after treatment, the treatment group recurrence rate was 44.44%, the long-term cure rate is 55.56%; Control group recurrence rate was 69.23%, long-term recovery rate was 30.77%. Compares the statistical analysis of two groups of recovery rate (P< 0.05, indicating that the treatment group than the control group can better improve long-term cure rate, reduce the recurrence rate.4.In terms of routine urine, urine leucocyte comparison before and after treatment in both groups, all have significant difference (P<0.05), indicating that both groups can significantly reduce urinary leukocyte count. Comparison between the two groups have significant difference after treatment (P<0.05), indicating that in reducing urinary leukocyte count treatment group was superior to control group.5.In the two groups before and after treatment in the middle of urine bacterial quantitative culture turn rate comparison, the end of treatment and drug withdrawal 2-6 weeks, the treatment group was 76.67% and 70.00%, control group were 73.33% and 60.00%, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), but the discontinuation in six months,but the tretment group is 63.33%, is 36.67%, the control group (P< 0.05, significant differences, in the middle of urine bacteria culture turn rate, the treatment group isbetter than the control group.6.In patients with immunology, serum immunoglobulin improvement aspect, the treatment group and control group has a good curative effect, but the treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Ziyin kidney and qing is the hot and humid method treating Yin deficiency syndrome perimenopausal women an effective approach to urinary tract infections,can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,improve patient quality of life.2. Ziyin kidney, clear the wet and heat treatment of Yin deficiency syndrome perimenopausal female urinary infection can reduce urinary leukocyte count, bacteria in the urine overcast, improve patients’serum immunoglobulin IgA IgG IgM levels.3. Ziyin kidney and qing is the hot and humid method treating Yin deficiency syndrome perimenopausal women with urinary tract infection (uti) can improve the clinical cure rate, reduce the recurrence rate.
