Objective:To explore several Diffusion Tensor Imaging(DTI) parameters weather would predict the outcome of posterior circulation infarcts, such as the value of the decreasing percentage of the fractional anisotropy(FA) in infarction region rFA(the values of FA in infarctions are compareid with the correspongding’s) and the cortical spinal tract (CST) was analysed in Diffusion tensor tractography. Methods:Prospective analysis from September 2013 to January 2015 in the xinjiang uygur autonomous region people’s hospital neurology hospital, confirmed by head mri for posterior circulation cerebral infarction and within 1 week of consecutive cases of 91 patients, among them with bleeding in 2 cases,2 cases were lost to follow-up, the late finish study 87 patients,56 patients (64.3%) of men and women 31 cases (35.6%),average age (56.95-12.99).According to the infarction, the values of FA in the infarction and corresponding regions in uninjured side were measured in fractional anisotropic score images, and the integrity of CSTin DTI.Except all the subjects for routine drug therapy, surgery and interventional treatment for patients.Clinical outcomes were considered good if the mRS90d was 0 to 2 and bad if the mRS90d was 3 to 6,first carries on the single factor analysis showed that may affect the prognosis of variables, and then the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis. The mRS of three time points at the same time with the observation index analysis, correlation analysis to understand the indexes for the recent prognosis of long-term prognosis and evaluation of value. Results:The onset of 90 days, good prognosis in 56 cases out of 87 patients, the prognosis of 31 cases, the analysis found that high Hcy,NIHSS score for admission, to see a doctor time and DWI infarction volume is can affect the prognosis of patients with PCCI risk factors.is the dangerous factors affecting the prognosis of patients with PCCI. Found through the analysis of the Spearman FA% and CSTDTT and mRS scores were positively correlated(p<0.001), and negatively correlated with mRS score rFA(p<0.001). The ROC curve is shown in this study the best the best the critical value to predict prognosis of good rFA is 0.52, while rFA > 0.52, the prognosis is good. Conclusion:The FA %,rFA and CSTDTT associated with the prognosis of patients with posterior circulation infarction.
