Clinical Observation Of Shujian Lidan Prescription Treating Chronic Cholecystitis With Liver Stagnationg And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:The research aims to observe clinical effectiveness of Shujian Lidan prescription on the chronic cholecystitis patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 45 cases of chronic cholecystitis patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome were selected, only 41 cases of whom were included into clinical trial. According to the sequence of patients’ numbers, method of self control observation before and after the treatment was applied. Patients were given Shujian Lidan prescription, one potion per day by dissolving only with 150ml warm water, taking four weeks (as one course of the treatment). Each indicator was observed, recorded and analyzed after 0,1,3 and 4 weeks treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 95.12%. Compared and analyzed symptoms integral (19.76±4.81、13.93±4.70、7.30±4.76× 4.32±4.13) after 0,1,3 and 4 weeks treatment, there was significant difference P<0.01. Compared degree of main symptoms(Hypochondriac pain,Eat less and nadai, and Loose stools uncomfortable), secondary symptoms(preference for Sighing,Abdominal painto diarrhea,Bitter taste,Body tired and weakness) and signs(cholecyst area pressing pain), there existed significant differences after 0,1,3 and 4 weeks treatment P<0.01, having statistical significance. And the total effective rate of doppler ultrasound examination was 51.22%.Checked out test results of color doppler ultrasound examinations integral (2.71±1.52、 1.66±1.39) before and after treatment (Z=-4.24, P<0.01), there was significant difference before and after treatment, having statistically significance.Clinical recurrence rate was12.82%.Conclusions:1.ShujianLidan prescription treating chronic cholecystitis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome that not only can significantly improve main symptoms and secondary symptoms of chronic cholecystitis patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome, but also can improve signs and imaging changes (color doppler ultrasound examinations) of chronic cholecystitis;2.Shujian Lidan prescription has the clinical relapse rate low.
