Objective:Observating the clinical effect of Qingre-chushi-qudu decoction for treating hot and humid type Palmoplantar pustulosis.Methods:65 cases of meeting standards of Palmoplantar pustulosis. according to random table,divided into the treatment group of 33 cases and the control group of 32 cases,62 cases completed actually,31cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Qingre-chushi-qudu decoction(cornu bubali,radix rehmanniae, root of common peony, moutan bark, yam rhizome, raw coix seed, rhizoma alismatis,talc,lithospermum,rhizoma smilacis glabrae,golden cypress,giant knot weed.dandelion,cortex dictamni,radix sophorae flavescentis),2 times a day.150ml each time, half an hour after a meal.The control group was given compound Qingdai pill,6g each time,3 times a day.Two groups were treated for 8 weeks.record the integral of each index respectively before treatment and at the 4nd and 8th weekends after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 93.55% and 80.65% respectively,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than control group, the statistical analysis between them has shown the significant difference(P<0.05). Treatment group can obviously improve the itching,pustules, scales,and other symptoms of erythema.Conclusion:1.Qingre-chushi-qudu decoction is a safe and effective method for treating hot and humid type Palmoplantar pustular.2.The clinical effect of Qingre-chushi-qudu decoction was better than compound Qingdai pill.
