| The dental adhesives develop very rapidly in the dental field, which containing 10-methacryloyldecyl dihydrogen phosphate ingredients are now widely used. This kind of adhesive has a big bonding strength, and has a higher shear force. The raw material is 1,10-decanediol and methacrylic acid.10-methacryloxydecyl dihydrogen phosphate is ultimately synthesized. In this thesis, the experiments include three parts:the first part,10-hydroxydecyl methacrylate is synthesized and characterized; the second part, 10-(dimethoxyphosphoryloxy) decyl methacrylate is synthesized and characterized; the third part,10-methacryloxydecyl dihydrogen phosphate is synthesized and characterized. The first part, the preparation of 10-hydroxydecyl methacrylate.10-hydroxydecyl methacrylate is synthesized from the reaction of 1,10-decanediol with methacrylic acid by direct monoesterification. The catalysts are respectively p-toluenesulfonic acid, Amberlyst-15 strong-acid cation exchange resin and NaHSO4·SiO2, Hydroquinone as a polymerization inhibitor. The second part, the preparation of 10-(dimethoxyphosphoryloxy) decyl methacrylate. 10-(dimethoxyphosphoryloxy) decyl methacrylate is synthesized from the reaction of 10-hydroxydecyl methacrylate with trimethylphosphite by Michaelis-Arbuzov rearrangement reaction. The catalyst is carbon tetrabromide, and pyridine as the solvent. The third part, the synthesis of 10-methacryloxydecyl dihydrogen phosphate. 10-methacryloxydecyl dihydrogen phosphate is synthesized from the reaction of 10-(dimethoxyphosphoryloxy) decyl methacrylate by adefovir phosphate ester hydrolysis. Anhydrous dichloromethane as the solvent, Bromotrimethylsilane and allyltrimethylsilane are silylating reagents. |
