Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cold-damp Stagnated Type Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Acupoint Paste Of Uterus-warmed And Pain-relieved

Purpose: This paper mainly studies the warm uterus past for the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal.Method: Randomly divide 60 primary dysmenorrheal patients who are(Congealing cold and qi stagnation and blood stasis type) into 2 groups。The treatment group apply the warm uterus past which is contrived by DR.Fu Chun Wang, the matched group apply Fu Nv Tong Jing Wan(Tong Ren Tang)。We already proved the warm uterus past has exactly treatment of dysmenorrheal after analysed the datas which are treated by two methods. Applying warm uterus past has advantages,such as simple,convenient and safe,which can enhance the curative effectResult: Total effective rate is 86.7% which is applied the warm uterus past after 3 month.The result of matched group is 76.7%. The result does not have significant difference by comparing two groups(P>0.05).Total effective rate of warm uterus past is 69%,which is drug withdrawal after 3months,the result is 48.5% for Fu Nv Tong Jing Wan.The results have significant difference(P<0.01). Total effective rate for Symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine is 83.4% after applied the warm uterus past 3months,but the rate is 70% after applied Fu Nv Tong Jing Wan. The result has the statistical significance by comparing two groups.Conclusion: warm uterus past has the better effect than Fu Nv Tong Jing Wan on ameliorating Symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine.Applying warm uterus past can reduce the level of abdominal pain,short the time,improve the situation of menstruation and accessory symptoms,which is not limited by age,primary,duration of illness,level of menstruation.
