Purpose: To compare the i-gel laryngeal maskairway and superme saphenous vein laser surgery is closed airway management effectiveness. By observing contrast, laryngeal mask airway into the degree of difficulty, the impact on hemodynamics, and complications, etc., provide the appropriate basis for clinical use and selection of laryngeal mask anesthesia.Methods: Anesthesia saphenous vein laser surgery closure of 60 patients, ASAⅠ or Ⅱ were randomly divided into i-gel laryngeal mask airway group(M) and superme cover group(N). After recording the first insertion success rates, insertion time, airway sealing pressure, bronchoscopy grade situation, recovery time, time to pull out the laryngeal mask and laryngeal mask airway insertion success 5、15、30min when HR, BP, SpO2, PETCO2 and gas peak inspiratory pressure(Ppeak) value; record the occurrence of complications.Results: M Group for the first time to insert success rate 90%, higher than the 76% N group(P <0.05); insertion time was(15.1 ± 5.6) s, shorter than the N group(25.5 ± 8.3) s(P <0.05); airway sealing pressure(27.5 ± 4.7) cmH2 O, higher than the N group(23.7 ± 4.5) cmH2O(P <0.05); bronchoscopy rating than N group(P <0.05). Two groups of patients recovery time, and the removal of the laryngeal mask airway each time point HR, BP, SpO2, PETCO2 and Ppeak no significant difference; difference in the incidence of laryngeal mask airway after removal of the two groups were not statistically significant complications.Conclusion: i-gel laryngeal mask airway anesthesia saphenous vein laser surgery is closed airway management is better than superme laryngeal mask.
