Objective To Explore joint detection of pleural effusion cells DNA ploidy and mi RNA-192 content in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) in the diagnosis of the importance of the system.Methods: A prospective, continuity into our hospital in January 1, 2013 to July 1, 2014 date of treated patients with clinical manifestations of pleural effusion as partners, will be diagnosed with NSCLC of subjects divided into the experimental group, the non NSCLC benign disorders divided into a control group. And compare the differences between the two groups were among the risk factors associated indicators, and using logistic regression analysis was further extracted independently sensitive indicators and draw the ROC curve indicators, calculate the area under the curve(AUC) and Youden index(YI).Results: The two groups of patients information univariate comparison shows: sex that men share ratio, smoking history, cytology positive, KPS scale, BMI, albumin, CYFRA21-1, CAl25, CEA, pleural effusion cell mi RNA-192, there are differences(p <0.05) total 11 indicators pleural effusion cell DNA aneuploidy. logistic regression analysis showed that smoking history, KPS scale, CYFRA21-1, pleural effusion cell mi RNA-192, pleural effusion cell DNA aneuploidy diagnosis of NSCLC is a sensitive indicator. Diagnosis of pleural effusion cells mi RNA-192 in NSCLC AUC = 0.735, YI = 0.4085; pleural effusion cell DNA aneuploidy diagnosis of NSCLC AUC = 0.806, YI = 0.5564; joint smoking history, KPS scale, CYFRA21-1 three indicators diagnosis of NSCLC AUC = 0.839, YI = 0.5965; the pleural fluid and pleural effusion cell mi RNA-192 DNA aneuploid cells into the diagnostic system, five risk factors combined diagnosis of NSCLC AUC = 0.870, YI = 0.6281.Conclusion pleural effusion cells and DNA aneuploidy sensitive mi RNA-192 is an independent factor in NSCLC, the individual indicators that have good diagnostic value, is a good complement current NSCLC diagnosis system, which was associated with a significantly increased diagnostic value of NSCLC, it has important clinical significance in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pleural effusion.
