Anterior cruciate ligament tears and fractures are two common and typical lower extremity trauma in the orthopaedic, which should be treated through the operation in time. The establishment of graft anatomical tunnel and the anatomical reattachment and biological fixation of fractures are considered as the key technology of their treatment respectively. In the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament, the traditional drill guide was usually employed to drill the tunnel. However, there is a low location accuracy and stability. In terms of fracture repair, the external fixatior has some problems about unreasonable screw placement and poor fracture anatomical repositioning even thought it is widely used because of the advantages of easy operation, minimally invasive and postoperative adjustable. For solving the these problems, this paper adopt personalized navigation template technology to assisted in treatment, and its related technologies were studied.The technology process of personalized navigation template assisted orthopaedic consist of constructing the three dimensional individuation skeleton model based on medical images, planning the best operation scheme in the preoperative, designing and manufacturing the personalized navigation template and positioning based on the geometry of bone anatomical. In this paper, a double-bundle anterior cruciate ligament was reconstructed by this means and the tunnel location was evaluated by the arthroscopic images and measurement datas from preoperative virtual design, prosthesis simulated operation, postoperative CT. The results show that this method can simplify the operation process and improve positioning accuracy, so that the quality of the surgery was improved effectively. On the other hand, a new fracture repair scheme combined with the navigation template technology was present. In addition, the bone virtual restoration was completed by the registration method that combined the three alignment and the characterized by edge contour point set of the ICP algorithm. Finally, the new scheme was used to assist to repair the bone comminuted fracture and the results show that this new scheme has a feasibility to improve the treatment of fractures, such as achieve the best repositioning of the nails and bone anatomical fractures.
