ObjectiveTo investigate the expression and significance of P-gp, Sorcin and GCS in TNBC and non-TNBC in order for the treatment of clinical and non-TNBC TNBC provide references.MethodsImmunohistochemistry was used to detect two-step TNBC 80 cases, 80 cases of non-triple-negative breast cancer and adjacent normal tissue expression in paraffin sections P-gp, Sorcin and GCS protein levels, study its yin, relations with non-TNBC and differential expression of adjacent tissues and clinicopathological features between; using Western Blot method to detect P-gp, Sorcin and GCS in 30 cases of triple-negative breast cancer, 30 cases of non-TNBC fresh cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues(5cm outside) expression, to explore their differential expression in tissues adjacent tissues and cancer, while immunohistochemical results were verified. Results 1. immunohistochemistry showed that P-gp, Sorcin and GCS positive rate in TNBC tissues were 46.25%, 53.75% and 48.75% respectively, the positive rate in the next TNBC carcinoma were 2.50 %, 15.00% and 11.25%. The positive rate in the non-triple-negative breast cancer tissues were respectively 36.25%, 30.00% and 25.00%, the positive rate in the non-triple-negative breast cancer and normal tissues was 3.75%, 10.00% and 7.50% respectively. P-gp, Sorcin and GCS positive rate of yin and non-triple-negative breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than the corresponding adjacent cancer tissues(P<0.05). Sorcin and GCS positive rate in triple-negative breast cancer was significantly higher than non-triple-negative breast cancer tissues(P <0.05). P-gp positive rate between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). 2. Western Blot test results showed that P-gp, Sorcin and GCS expression in TNBC and non-triple-negative breast cancer were significantly higher than adjacent tissues(P <0.05); Sorcin and high expression of GCS in yin non-triple-negative expression(P <0.05), P-gp expression was not statistically significant(P between the two groups> 0.05), to verify the results of the previous immunohistochemistry. 3. P-gp expression and breast cancer grade and clinical stage were positively correlated with age, menopausal status, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, and whether there is no correlation, Sorcin and GCS clinicopathological features of breast cancer there is no correlation.ConclusionsP-gp, Sorcin and GCS expression in TNBC and non-triple-negative breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than in normal breast tissue; triple-negative breast cancer Sorcin and GCS expression than non-TNBC, P-gp no difference between the two groups; P-gp expression and tumor tissue a correlation between grade and clinical stage, no correlation between the expression and the clinicopathological features of breast cancer Sorcin and GCS.
