Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common mental disorders in children and adolescents, with attention deficit, hyperactivity as the main symptoms. The deficits in attention and inhibition bring problems to ADHD adolescents in life, learning, and also lead to comorbidities with other mental illnesses. Internet addiction and ADHD comorbidity has been seriously considered. In this study, the high school students were tested to explore the effect of attention and inhibition function on the internet words cognitive processing ability. In order to enrich the research both of ADHD and internet, also provide theoretical and practical instructions for schools in education for the student with ADHD and internet using.DSM-V and CAARS-S:S were used for selecting subjects from a vocational school, and ultimately selected 20 students as normal subjects,22 students as ADHD group, 21boys and 21 girls. Research procedures and results are as follows:(a) In the experience one, the stop-signal task Paradigm were used to examine the attention and inhibition functions of subjects. The results showed that, in the trials the stop signal absence, there were borderline significant in the reaction time between normal subjects and ADHD subjects; there were no significant differences in the error rate, delay time, reaction time between normal subjects and ADHD subjects; and in the trials the stop signal exist, the error rate, delay time, reaction time between normal subjects and ADHD subjects showed significant differences.(b) In the experience two, adaptation stroop paradigm was used to explore the internet words cognitive processing ability of subjects, the reaction time in internet words were significantly longer than the reaction time in reality words of high school students with ADHD,while there were no significant differences between the reaction time in internet words and the reaction time in reality words of normal subjects. The error rate in internet words were significantly higher than the reaction time in reality words of high school students with ADHD,while there were no significant differences between the error rate in internet words and the reaction time in reality words of normal subjects.(c) In the experience three, data of the experience one and experience two were used in correlation analysis. It showed correlation in all the indicators between experience one and experience two,the longer the ssrt, the longer the reaction time in internet words. The conclusion as follows:(a) the attention function of high school students with ADHD is exist conflict to some extent, while inhibition function exist conflict; (b) tthe internet words cognitive processing ability exist conflict of high school students with ADHD; (c)The attention function and the inhibition function have relationship with the internet words cognitive processing ability of high school students with ADHD.Finally, the study reflects lacks in the two respects of subjects selection and experiment design, and proposed vision in the future research.
