Objective:To investigate the characteristics and micro hemorrhage risk factors in patients with acutecerebral infarction.Methods:800 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected, according to presence or absence of cerebral microbleeds (CMBs), they were divided into CMBs group and non CMBs group, the clinical features of two groups were compared, and the multiple factors were regression analysised. Results:There were 297 patients who occurred CMBs and included into CMBs group, the incidence of CMBs was 37.1% among 800 patients with acute cerebral infarction. The remaining 503 patients with acute cerebral infarction were included into non CMBs group. The incidence of CMBs patients with acute cerebral infarction was 37.1%.The proportion of patients who had hypertension history, aspirin history, and age, HDL, fibrinogen in CMBs group were respectively 87.2%、49.2%、(73.1±5.2)year olds、 (2.6±0.7)mmol/L、(5.3±1.1)mmol/L, those in non CMBs group were respectively 58.5%、25.4%、(66.5±5.4) year olds、(1.8±0.6)mmol/L、 (4.7±1.0)mmol/L, those in CMBs group were obviously higher than those in non CMBs group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The proportion of patients who had carotidatherosclerotic plaque and atrial fibrillation and whose TG level in CMBs group were respectively 20.5%、 8.8%、(1.6±0.3)mmol/L, those in non CMBs group were respectively 49.1%、 55.9%、were respectively, those in CMBs group were significantly lower those in non CMBs group, the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).The leukoaraiosis severity score and lacunar infarction in CMBs group were respectively (6.89±1.86)points、(5.24±1.55), those in in non CMBs group were respectively(3.75±0.97)points、(2.13±0.68), those in CMBs group were significantly higher than those in non CMBs group, the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).The proportion of patients with sinfarction subtype of atherosclerosis, cardiogenic emboli in CMBs group and no CMBs group had no differences (P> 0.05). There were significant correlation between CMB and age, hypertension, fibrinogen, leukoencephalopathy, TG, HDL, leukoaraiosis lacunar infarction degree, the number of (P<0.05).Conclusions:When thecerebral infarction patients with old age, hypertension history, high white matter disease, high blood TG or HDL inone or more risk factors, should be alert at the same time, the presence of CMB, timely MR gradient echo sequence scan confirmed, to establish the guiding thrombolytic, antithrombotic therapy, active control of risk factors, has the vital significance to the two grade prevention andindividualized treatment in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
