Objective:Through our department lumbar spondylolisthesis spine pelvic measurement of sagittal balance parameters, investigate the correlation between lumbar spondylolisthesis patients with spine-change of pelvic sagittal balance parameters and parameters. Methods:Data collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from 2012 February to 2014 February in spinal surgery of lumbar spondylolisthesis treated patients with a total of 40 cases of imaging (full spine X-ray, MRI etc) and measuring spine pelvic sagittal balance parameters. Including:lumbar lordosis (lumbar lordosis, LL), thoracic kyphosis (thoracic kyphosis, TK), pelvic incidence (pelvic incidence, PI), pelvic tilt angle (pelvic tilt, PT), sacral slope (sacrum slop, SS), spinal sagittal vertical axis (Sagittal vertical axis, SVA) etc. Results:Through the analysis of the images of 40 cases with lumbar spondylolisthesis science information obtained:lumbar lordosis (LL) average is 52 degrees (35 degrees -65 degrees), significantly higher than the normal value and the difference between the relevant literature reports with statistical significance (P<0.05); thoracic kyphosis (TK) average is 36 degrees (22 degrees -60 degrees), significantly less than the normal value and the difference between the relevant literature reports with statistical significance (P<0.05); pelvic incidence (PI) average is 63.5 degrees (45 degrees-80 degrees), significantly higher than the normal value and the difference between the relevant literature reports with statistical significance (P< 0.05) (PT; inclination of pelvis the average value) is 20.5 degrees (10.7 degrees -35 degrees), significantly higher than the normal value and the difference between the relevant literature reports with statistical significance (P<0.05); sacral inclination angle (SS) average is 45.3 degrees (33 degrees -52 degrees), significantly higher than the normal value and the difference between the relevant literature reports with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The spine and pelvic sagittal balance parameters in lumbar spondylolisthesis occurs, development, prognosis changes obviously. Lumbar spondylolisthesis occurs after machine experience there corresponding change for compensation, make the sagittal balance again and prevent humpback and looking down at the same time, these changes will be reflected through the spine and pelvic sagittal balance parameters.
