Analysis Of Predictors Of Axillary Node Metastases In 465 Vasive Ductal Carcinoma Patients

Objective:Analysis of 465 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients with clinical characteristics and pathological features, to investigate related factors of axillary lymph node metastasis in breast in vasive ductal carcinoma. Methods:A retrospective study was performed using the clinicopathological data of vasive ductal carcinoma cases diagnosed and treated in our Hospital between Jan 12014 and Dec 31 2014.Application of statistical software SPSS 16.0 statistical processing, inspection level α=0.05.By chi-square test comparing between groups of related factors, screening was statistically significant factors included in the regression model, multi-factor analysis using Logistic regression model.Results:Based on whether the lymph node metastasis of single factor analysis showed that tumor location, tumor size, histological grade, vascular tumors bolt and Her-2 state, Ki-67, molecular classification is related to whether the axillary lymph nodes metastasis (P<0.05), the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that vascular tumor histologic grading, plugs, were significantly correlated with tumor size and axillary lymph node metastasis.Based on the patients with lymph node metastasis of single factor analysis showed vascular tumors of nationality, tumor size, bolt, Her-2 state, Ki-67, molecular classification, number of pregnancy, abortion times had statistical significance (P<0.05), the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis, according to the results of vascular tumors, tumor size,Her-2 state with lymph node metastasis have significant correlation (P<0.05)..Conclusion:Vascular tumor histologic grading, bolt, and the size of the lump, is whether the axillary lymph node metastasis related risk factors;Of vascular tumors, tumor size, its Her-2 state of the related risk factors for lymph node metastasis is high and low risk;Vascular tumors suppository and tumor size in affect whether the axillary lymph node metastasis or axillary lymph node metastasis of relationships, are important independent factors.
