Effect Of Wuzhi Capsule On Tacrolimus Blood Concentration Of Refractory Nephritic Syndrome Children

Objective:To explore the effect of Wuzhi capsule on tacrolimus blood concentration of Refractory Nephritic Syndrome children.Methods:Selection the 26 patients who had been accepted the treatment in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university department of pediatrics during 2012 to 2014,and diagnosised with Steroid-dependent Nephritic Syndrome,Steroid-resistant Nephritic Syndrome and Frequently Relapse Nephritic Syndrome for the first time in children groups,and all the blood tacrolimus concentration less than 5μg/ml after received the oral tacrolimus for 1 weeks.They have been divided randomly into two groups of two stage by the cross design test.Results.The blood concentration in those children who adding the wuzhi capsule to take is higher than those who not(P<0.01).The protein of 24 hours urine in those children who get the wuzhi capsule to oral is decreased obviously than those who not(jP<0.01),and meanwhile,the serum albumin level has been increased effectively (P < 0.01).The individual element,stage element and test processing element on children have not affect the level of the blood ALT,AST,BUN and Scr (P>0.05),thus we can get the conclusion that the individual,stage and processing factors are not the abnormal influence factors in the level of ALT, AST,BUN and Scr.There were no out of control and the longer duration of hypertension,high blood sugar,Respiratory tract infection, Digestive tract infection and Urinary tract infection symptoms in the course of test of children. Conclusion:Wuzhi capsule can raise the tacrolimus blood concentration in Refractory Nephritic Syndrome effectively,reduce the level of the protein of urinary,and increase the serum albumin level significantly.
