Analysis the current situation on anxiety or depression and quality of life of chest obstruction patients:2.Understand cognitive behavioral therapy to improve the situation with anxiety or depression of chest obstruction patients with anxiety or depression;3. Explore the influence of cognitive behavioral therapy on anxiety or depression and quality of life of chest obstruction patients with anxiety or depression.MethodThis study is a clinical randomized controlled trial. Selcet 120 cases chest obstruction patients with anxiety or depression from 2014 January to 2015 February in our hospital of cardiovascular department ward for treatment of chest obstruction patients with anxiety or depression as the research object, randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group received routine nursing care of cardiovascular department ward, the experimental group received cognitive behavioral therapy based on the routine nursing care of the control group,60 patients in each group. The intervention lasted for 8 weeks, before the intervention, using the hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS), before and after the intervention were using self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and Seattle angina questionnaire (SAQ) as evaluation tools. Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software, statistical description using frenquency, mean, standard and deviation, percentage, statistical inference using the t-test, the χ2-test and Wilcoxon rank sum test, correlation analysis using Pearson or Spearman correlation analysis.Results1.Before the intervention, compared two groups of subjects of general information, SAS and SDS score, SAQ score and each dimension score and the comparison between groups and the degree of anxiety or depression, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05);2.Before and after the intervention, compared the control group SAS and SDS score, SAQ score and each dimension score within the group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05);3.Before and after the intervention, compared the experimental group SAS and SDS score. SAQ score and each dimension score within the group, with significant difference (P <0.05);4.After the intervention, compared two groups of subject of SAS and SDS score. SAQ score and each dimension score of two groups of subjects and the comparison between groups and the degree of anxiety or depression, with significant difference (P< 0.05);5.SAQ score and each dimension score were negatively correlated with the SAS and SDS score, the correlation coefficient was-0.162~-0.758(P< 0.05).Conclusion1.Cognitive behavioral therapy can effectively alleviate the anxiety or depression of chest obstruction patients with anxiety or depression;2.Cognitive behavioral therapy can significantly improve the quality of life of chest obstruction patients with anxiety or depression;3.Cognitive behavioral therapy can reduce the risk of anxiety or depression severity;4.The quality of life of chest obstruction patients with anxiety or depression and anxiety or depression were negatively correlated.
