To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Treatment Of Depression With Electroacupuncture Of Jin Sanzhen And Venlafaxine

Objective:Comparative observation of the clinical curative effect of the treatment of depression in electroacupuncture of Jin Sanzhen with Venlafaxine and and simple oral drug treatment, to explore a more effective treatment for clinical depression,30 patients in each group.Method:Select 60 patients met the diagnostic criteria of depression patients, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated by Electroacupuncture of Jin Sanzhen and drug treatment, The zhisanzhen and The niesanzhen was selected for acupuncture. For the temporal pulse electrical stimulation to nieyizhen, in addition to taking drugs Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsules treatment. Patients in control group were treated with drug therapy. The patients in the treatment group received acupuncture treatment,1 times a day. We lasted for 6 days,1 days of rest. The medication was uninterrupted. We observed 7 weeks. The control group received drug treatment for 7 weeks. Two groups of patients before treatment and at the end of the 7 week were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale score. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 statistical software. The two groups were compared and observed the efficiency. Result:1、After 8 weeks treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%, the total effective rate of the control group was 80%. Comparison of the curative effect, P=0.023 <0.05, there was statistical significance;2、After 8 weeks treatment,two groups of HAMD Depression Scale score were significantly lower than that before treatment.Comparison between the two groups, t=2.81, P=0.007<0.01, there was significant difference,and it was statistical significance;3、After 8 weeks treatment, two groups of SDS self rating Depression Scale scores were significantly lower than that before treatment. Comparison between the two groups, t=2.35, P=0.022<0.05, that there are differences, and it was statistical significance.Conclusion:1、They are both clinically effective for the treatment of depression between the electroacupuncture of Jin Sanzhen and Venlafaxine with simple drug.2、To compare the treatment effect of the electroacupuncture of Jin Sanzhen and Venlafaxine with simple drug, the effect is better.
