| Objective:Through clinical trials observed the clinical curative effect of the addition and subtraction Yin Runfei Decoction in the treatment of lung and kidney yin deficiency type chronic pharyngitis, data analysis, determine the advantage plus or minus Yin Runfei Decoction in treatment of the lung and kidney yin deficiency type chronic pharyngitis, and further to clinical application.Methods:The patients of the clinical trials were selected since March 2014 to January 2015 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,department of ENT in our hospital,64 cases with lung kidney yin deficiency type chronic pharyngitis inclusion criteria (in line with Western pharyngitis of chronic simple pharyngitis). All the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group of 32 patients taking the addition and subtraction Yangyin Runfei Decoction for treatment, control group of 32 cases of pharyngitis tablets of traditional Chinese medicine. The treatment of groups are set to 28 days. Obseve and record the patient’s conditions including the first diagnosis, treatment fourteenth and treatment 28th. Finally, organize and use statistical analysis of the data, then,get the evaluation of clinical of efficacy.Result:Analysis results showed that the treatment group:clinical cure in 5 cases,15 cases had marked effect,10 cases were effective, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.75%. Control group:clinical cure in 2 cases,7 cases had marked effect,17 cases effective,6 no effect, the total effective rate was 81.25%. The statistical analysis of the two groups of data, with significant difference (P<0.01), the total efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1. Modified Yin Runfei Decoction and slow Yan Shu Ning pharyngitis tablet is an effective drug in the treatment of lung and kidney yin deficiency type chronic pharyngitis, addition and subtraction Yin Runfei Decoction of the clinical total effective rate was 93.75%, significantly better than the control group.2. Add and subtract Yangyin Runfei Decoction in the treatment of lung and kidney yin deficiency type chronic pharyngitis clinical efficacy and duration of taking certain connection.3. Addition and subtraction Yin Runfei decoction is a effective drug for treating lung kidney yin deficiency type chronic pharyngitis, granule formulation is convenient in use.it is worth further clinical application. |
