The Clinicai Observation About Effects Of Quyutongluo Treatment For Yuzunaoluo Type Alzheimer’s Disease Patients

Objectiver To observe and discuss the clinical effects and applications of BuYangHuanWuTang for the Alzheimer’s disease patients with it’s safety prevention and treatment.Methods:Sixty cases of patients who with Alzheimer’s disease in Heilongjiang were divided into two groupwith no differences,age from 60to80,according to random number table into no significant differences between the two groups,the treatment group,thirty cases in control group,thirty cases of treatment group 16 cases of male,female 14 cases,60to 80 years of age,duration:12to 24 months.Male Meases of control group,16cases of female,60to79 years of age,duration:13to24 months.thirty patients who in the treatment group were treating by BuYangHuanWuTang,the rest patients who in the control group were treating by Anlishen.The two groups both reserved basis treatment.The period of treatment is 4 weeks,treatment of 3 period.To observe the changes about the CDR. MMSE、HDS、ADL and SDSVD,in order to know the clinical effects.Results:1.Overall curative effect evaluation:a total of thirty cases of treatment group,the total effective rate was 90%,thirty cases of control group total effective rate was 70%.There are significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).2.SDSD syndrome score:compared with before treatment,both groups can reduce the SDSD syndrome in pations with AD score(P<0.05);compared with control group,treatment group score lower(P<0.05),the two group s of medications can improve SDSD symptoms in patients with AD,the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.3.MMSE scale score and HDS hasegawa dementia rating scale:compared with before treatment,both groups can raise the MMSE score of AD patients(P<0.05);compared with control group,treatment group score is higher(P<0.05),the two groups of medications can improve the level of intelligence in patients with AD,the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.4.ADL ability to daily life behavior rating scale:compared with before treatment,both groups can reduce the ADL scores in patients with AD(P<0.05);compared with control group,treatment group score lower(P<0.05),the two groups of medications can improve the ability of daily life behavior in patients withAD,the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:1.BuYangHuanWuTang treatment of yu xue zu luo type of senile dementia clinical curative effect is distnict.2.It in improve cognitive function in patients with yu and blood deficiency.
