| Purpose:Comparison of the implementation of double psychological nursing intervention group and only used conventional Department of cardiology hospital treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure in the negative emotions and quality of life. Analysis on mental health status of two groups before and after treatment, effects of double psychological nursing intervention therapy for elderly patients with heart failure in the role. Method:In January 2014 to January 2014, the Second Hospital of Jilin University in Changchun City, 80 cases of Geriatrics hospitalized CHF patients selected for the study. Of which 42 are males and 38 are females, aged 60 to 80 years,(64.03 ± 4.12) years. The shortest duration is seven months, the longest is 30 years. Duration of the intervention group is(7.3 ± 3.3), duration of the control group is(6.5 ± 3.2). After considering all the basic information about the patient’s index, 80 patients were divided into pairs intervention and control groups, in addition to double heart care interventions are different, the two groups of medications and routine care without distinction. At early admission, use Self-rating Depression Scale and Self-rating Anxiety Scale to Analysis 80 cases’ psychological status. Professional intervention of double heart care interventions, including psychological care, health education, relaxation therapy, social support and other eight areas. In the treatment of patients with physical illness, while focusing on humane care, promote cardiovascular and mental health through a variety of measures. Respectively with self rating depression scale, self rating anxiety scale, the Minnesota heart failure quality of life questionnaire as the scale, as assessment tools to measure patients with negative emotions and 12 after treatment effect. Result:During the experiment four people quit for personal reasons, 76 people completed the final test. 39 cases of the intervention group, the average age is(66.03 ± 4.37), 37 cases of the control group, the average age is(68.07 ± 2.13). At the beginning of admission, the patients’ SAS and SDS scores are high, there are negative emotions in the proportion of 70%. No significant difference between the two groups in age, illness and other aspects(P > 0.05), at the end of the experiment the effects of the two groups of patients with SAS, SDS, quality of life score and left ventricular ejection fraction LVEF, found that the double psychological nursing intervention group patients’ SAS and SDS, quality of life score and left ventricular ejection fraction LVEF’s score were better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The data were collected, using SPSS13.0 statistical software for data analysis. Conclusion:Survey showed that elderly patients with chronic heart failure mostly obvious sign of anxiety, disappointment, fear, and many other negative emotions, such sentiment is not conducive to rehabilitation of the patient’s condition, but also a serious impact on their quality of life. Double heart-related interventions nursing care measures can effectively alleviate the negative emotions, improve compliance, and harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, to improve the overall quality of life of patients. |
