| Objective There is a retrospective study about the Cases of intracranial aneurysms in our hospital to analyze the related risk factors for its rupture. It can provides the reference for the clinical decision and evaluation of aneurysm. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 72 patients of intracranial aneurysm in February 2014 to February 2014 in jining city first people’s hospital, all of the intracranial aneurysm are diagnosised by the digtal subtraction angiography. We record the patients’ gender, age, smoking history, blood pressure condition, quantity, location, ascus and its numbers of intracranial aneurysm,,mesure the lengthã€neck width of the aneurysm and the diameter of its parent artery, calculate the value of AR and SR.Analysis the correlation between the indicators and rupture rate.Results(1)There is no statistically significant between difference location, gender, age in the rate of aneurysm rupture.(2)The rupture rate of the intracranial aneurysm in the patients with hypertension is higher than the group without hypertension.Ther have statistical significance between the two groups.(3)The rupture rate of the intracranial aneurysm in the patients who have a history of smoking is higher than the group without smoking.Ther have statistical significance between the two groups.(4)Ruptured group:the average length of aneurysm(4.77±2.84 mm), the average neck width of aneurysm(3.14±1.43 mm), the average AR value(1.58±0.66),the average SR value(2.07±1.58),41.7% has daughter aneurysm.Unruptured group: the average length of aneurysm(3.68±1.85 mm), the average neck width of aneurysm(3.23±1.07 mm), the average AR value(1.17±0.48),the average SR value(1.57±0.92),11.8% has daughter aneurysm. Presence of daughter aneurysm comparing differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The critical value of intracranial aneurysms rupture: length of aneurysm, neck width of aneurysm, AR values, SR values were 3.40 mm and 2.01 mm, 1.20, 0.77.The rupture rate of aneurysm who has daughter aneurysm is 1.32 times than the aneurysm without the daughter aneurysm.Conclusion(1)The location of the intracranial aneurysm, the gender, the age can not be considered a risk factor for aneurysm rupture.(2)hypertension, long-term smoking is a risk factor for aneurysm rupture.(3)The annerysm with longer length, smaller neck width, greater AR value and SR value or with daughter aneurysm are more easily ruptured. |
