| Objective:To observe the self-made Kang JiaFang in patients with hashimoto’sthyroiditis thyroid peroxidase (TPO-Ab) antibodies and antibody globulin (TG-Ab), theeffects of concentration, and the influence of the pregnancy outcome in patients withinfertility or recurrent miscarriage preliminary observation. Methods:The clinical diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis in80cases of infertility orrecurrent miscarriage patients were randomly divided into two groups, a control group of40patients, the treatment to be medicine prednisone tablets; observation group40cases,beself-made medicine Kang JiaFang; Two groups are eight weeks for a treatment cycle, inwhich we observe clinical signs and symptoms before and after treatment in both groups, the level of thyroid autoantibodies, and follow-up of early pregnancy outcome. Results: In the clinical observation of statistical analysis, the observation group hasthe total efficiency of92.11%, the control group has the total efficiency of72.97%, thetotal efficiency differences (P<0.01).Both groups are effective in reducing the level ofconcentration of TPO-Ab and TG-Ab, and there is no significant difference in efficacy. Inimproving clinical signs and symptoms of thyroid swelling reduced, the observation groupthan the control group (P<0.05), and a higher pregnancy rate in the observation group (P<0.05), the abortion rate is lower than in the control group (P>0.05).Conclusions: Kang JiaFang and prednisone tablets could significantly reduceHashimoto’s thyroiditis patients with anti-thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPO-Ab)thyroglobulin antibody (TG-Ab) levels and Kang JiaFang has a significant advantage inimproving the clinical symptoms, and reducing the extent of goiter, and can reduce theprobability of generating the control group due to side effects; Kang JiaFang can improve pregnancy outcomes, improve pregnancy rates, lower abortion rates. This research showsthe treatment feasibility of “warm kidney spleen and liver Sanjieâ€, and suggests that TCMDifferential Treatment has advantages in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, inhibiting diseaseprogression and improving quality of life for patients and pregnancy outcomes. |
