Clinical Effect Observation Of Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of Cold Dampness Stagnate Type With The Warming Yang And Removing Dampness Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect by clinical study ofWarming Yang and removing dampness Decoction in the treatment of cold dampstagnation type chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and provide scientificbasis for its clinical application.Methods:60patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease theinclusion criteria, were randomly divided into two groups,30cases intreatment group treated with Warming Yang and removing dampness decoction,adding slag treatment,30patients of control group were given Shaofu Zhuyucapsule. Treatment of4weeks to1course of treatment, continuous treatmentof2courses. Before and after the change of comprehensive effect was observedin the two groups, the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease ofTCM syndrome curative effect, local signs of efficacy, treatment of the twogroups of patients with gynecological B ultrasound and improve the indexesof blood rheology, differences between the two groups.Results:The treatment group and the control group of comprehensiveefficiency, the total efficiency of TCM syndromes, local signs the totalefficiency comparison, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Comparedtwo groups of patients with TCM syndrome integral and local symptom integralgroup after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); comparison between groups and treatment of integral difference beforeand after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Patients in the two groups after treatment than before treatmentblood viscous state are improved obviously, there was significantdifference (P<0.05); comparison between groups, treatment group inreducing the high shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity,hematocrit is better than the control group, there was significantdifference (P<0.05). No adverse effect was found during the course of theexperiment.Conclusion: The use of Warming Yang and removing dampness Decoctionoral dosing powder external application in the treatment of cold dampstagnation type chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, can make thepatients with clinical symptoms and signs are better, and can improve theblood, reduce blood viscosity, improve immune function, is an effectiveapproach for clinical treatment of cold coagulation type chronic pelvicinflammatory disease.
