| Objective:1.Observe the early clinical curative effect of fixed platform and rotating platformprosthesis in total knee arthroplasty (TKA).2.compare the early postoperative knee valgus angle, tibia platform’s backwardinclination angle of fixed platform and rotating platform prosthesis in total kneearthroplasty (TKA).Method:Will be between March2012and March2013, our department diagnosis of patientswith knee osteoarthritis, continuous random allocation to fixed platform group15cases(group A) and rotating platform group15cases (group B) line of total kneearthroplasty.Preoperative and postoperative1week,7weeks,4months,12months of kneejoint score(HSS), valgus Angle, respectively tibia platform’s backward inclination anglefor statistical analysis.Results:1.The difference of HSS score between two groups when out of thehospital(p=0.80),postoperative1week(p=0.591),7weeks(p=0.626),4months(p=0.749),12months(p=0.762), is statistically significant (P>0.05).2.The difference of Valgus Angle between two groups when out of thehospital(p=0.020),postoperative1week(p=0.027),7weeks(p=0.024),4months(p=0.029),12months(p=0.033),is statistically significant (P <0.05). 3.The difference of tibia platform’s backward inclination angle between two groupswhen out of the hospital(p=0.027),postoperative1week(p=0.028),7weeks(p=0.031),4months(p=0.034),12months(p=0.033), is statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions:The early postoperative clinical curative effect is not different between the fixedplatform type of prosthesis and rotating platform type of prosthesis.The knee valgus angle, tibia platform’s backward inclination angle of the two groupsare different.The knee valgus angle, tibia platform’s backward inclination angle of thefixed platform type of prosthesis are larger.The difference of knee valgus angle, tibiaplatform’s backward inclination angle between the fixed platform type of prosthesis androtating platform type of prosthesis is not directly related with the early postoperativeclinical curative effect. |
