The Clinical Study And Mechanism Discussion Of Yiqi Wenyang Huayu Method In The Treatment Of Slow Transit Constipation

Objectives: To observe the effect of Yiqi Wenyang Huayu method in thetreatment of slow transit constipation (spleen kidney yang deficiency andblood stasis) the clinical efficacy and safety, at the same time to observethe law on patients with colonic transit test, quality of life, serum NO andplasma5-HT level, mechanism of Yang and removing blood stasis formula in thetreatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis type slowtransmission constipation of Yiqi temperature.Methods: Select64cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly dividedinto experimental group (32cases) and control group (32cases), the test groupreceived oral self-made prescriptions; control group was given Mosapridetablet orally, the total course of four weeks. After treatment, the clinicalsymptoms were compared two groups of patients points, the efficacy oftraditional Chinese medicine syndrome, colonic transit test, the Chineseversion of the quality of life in patients with constipation Scale (PAC-QOL)points situation and observe the serum NO and plasma5-HT levels before andafter treatment changes.Results: In the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect, two groups haddifferent degrees of improvement, but the experimental group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The integralin the main symptoms, two groups in the stool, difficult defecation,defecation time, defecation frequency, urine clear long four symptomimprovement, the test group and control group had no significant difference(P>0.05), cold pain in abdomen, limbs not warm, tongue symptoms and signs ofimprovement, test treatment group was superior to the control group, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.01). In colonic transit test,two groups had different degrees of improvement, but the experimental groupthan the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In terms of quality of life, the two groups had different degrees ofimprovement, but the experimental group than the control group, the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05or P<0.01). Reduce the level of serumNO in two groups were observed before the treatment, the plasma5-HT contentsignificantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), but the two groups before and after treatment were compared, thetest group than the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.01).Conclusions: Yiqiwenyang circulation treatment spleen deficiency andblood stasis type of slow transit constipation can significantly improvemarkedly effective rate, significantly improving the quality of life ofpatients. Its mechanism of action may accelerate intestinal transit time,reduce the level of serum NO, elevated plasma levels of5-HT, thus improvingintestinal motor function, restore normal intestinal momentum.
