The Clinical Observation And Mechanism Analysis Of The Xuan Fei Jian Pi Acupuncture Therapy For The Phlegm-Dampness Type OSAHS

Objective:To observe the effect of the Xuan Fei Jian Pi acupuncture therapy,andcomparing with the drug group,objectiving to evaluate the differences between the twogroups,to interpret the mechanism of the Xuan Fei Jian Pi acupuncture therapy for thephlegm-dampness type OSAHS.Methods:Grouped by the Doll’s clinical cases randomly table(the appendix one),34cases being in accordance with inclusive criteria phlegm-dampness type OSAHS weredivided into two groups.17cases for the acupuncture group and17cases for the druggroup,the acupuncture group chose Lianquan, Tiantu, Danzhong, Yinlingquan(double),Hegu (double), Feishu (double), Pishu(double) and the drug group chose theFluoxetine treating the phlegm-dampness type obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom(OSAHS),observing the variation of before and after two treatment courses of two groupspatients in the polysomnography (PSG) and love splashing sleepiness scale (ESS)(theappendix two) and comparing the differences between the two groups.Results:1.Compared with before the treatment,the acupuncture group in the PSG indicators(AHI,SaO2)and the ESS score had significant difference (P<0.01).2.Compared with before the treatment,the drug group in the PSG indicators(AHI,SaO2)and the ESS score had significant difference (P<0.01).3.Compared with after the treatment,the overall effect between the acupuncture groupand the drug group was statistically difference (P<0.05).Conclusions:1.After the acupuncture group treatment,there were significant differences in the PSGindicators and the ESS score,showing that the Xuan Fei Jian Pi acupuncture therapy in the treatment of the phlegm-dampness type OSAHS had significant effect.2.After the drug treatment,there were significant differences in the PSG indicators andthe ESS score,showing that the Xuan Fei Jian Pi acupuncture therapy in the treatment ofthe phlegm-dampness type OSAHS had little significant effect.3.The acupuncture group and the drug group had differences in the overall efficacyafter the treatment,showing that the acupuncture group was superior to the drug group.
