The Clinical Research Of Bushen Huatan Sequential Therapy Of Serum Apelin Expression With Polycystic Ovary Sydrome

Objective: To know the affect of the endocrine,metabolism,Apelin and pregnancyoutcome in PCOS patientswith IR treated with bushen huatan sequential therapy,disscussthe clinicl mechanism.Methods: sixty proved PCOS patients were separated into two groups at random. Thestudy group included thirty patients and the control group included thirty patients. Thestudy group was treated with CPA combined bushenhuatan traditional Chinese medicinefor three cycles, and the control group was treated with CPA only. After the treatment withthese drugs, we observe the differences of improvement of syndrome、FSH、E2、LH、T、TC、TG、HDL、LDL、FINS、FPG、ISI、BMI、WHR、Apelin. Correlation test betweenApelin and BMI、WHR、FPG、FINS、ISI、HDL.Then they accepted the same therapy forinducing ovulation for three cycles.To compare the rate of ovulation and pregnancy in thetwo groups.Results:1. the study group had obvious improvement of syndrome.2. The studygroup and control group of serum Apelin、LH、T、FINS are reduced，the ISI increased，FPG are improvement not obvious.3. Before and after drug study group serum Apelin、LH、T、FINS and ISI level difference compared with control group with obvious significantdifference，there was not significant difference in the level of FPG、BMI and WHR.4.Apelin and the levels of BMI、WHR、FPG、FINS、ISI were significantly positivecorrelation，and negatively correlated with HDL.Conclusion:1. bushen huatan sequential therapy can effectively improve thesymptoms of PCOS with IR.2. Apelin patients with increased serum levels of PCOS, may be involved in insulin metabolism and vasomotor, and bushen huatan sequential therapy bylowering serum levels of expression of Apelin、LH、T、FINS, and increased ISI, effectivelyimprove the kidney phlegm type of insulin resistance in PCOS patients, improve theovulation rate, thereby improving clinical pregnancy rate.
