Yiqiyangyinhuoxue Treated IGA Nephropathy(Ⅰ-Ⅲ Type) Qi And Yin Deficiency Type Of Clinical Research

Objective:Observation Yiqiyangyinhuoxue soup for IgA nephropathy (Ⅰ-Ⅲ type)clinical efficacy in patients with type Qiyinliangxu explore Yiqiyangyin supplementedblood circulation treatment advantages of this disease for further improvement andpromotion of traditional Chinese medicine formula basis.Methods:We collected IgA nephropathy (Ⅰ-Ⅲ type)60cases of Yin Deficiencytype were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group (30cases). Control group were treated with conventional therapy, the treatment group on thebasis of Western medicine treatment plus Yiqiyangyinhuoxue soup efficacy of threemonths, the clinical symptoms observed in patients with signs and changes in laboratoryparameters, and quantify symptoms and signs score, making efficacy evaluation.Results:Quantitative score from the Chinese point of view, the treatment group was60%, the effective rate of20%, the total effective rate was80%; effective rate was36.7%in the control group, the effective rate was20%, the total effective rate was56.7%, thetreatment the total has higher efficiency, statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).With significant statistical significance (P＜0.01) after treatment before treatment groupcompared to the integral calculus and medication.24h urinary protein therapy treatmentgroup and the control group, urine red blood cell count comparison, P values were less than0.05, with statistical significance. Comparing two groups of patients after clinical efficacy,markedly effective rate was50.0%in the treatment group, the total effective rate was86.67%; markedly effective rate was26.67%in the control group, the total effective ratewas66.67%, the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). No significant effecton renal function after treatment. Conclusion:Yiqiyangyinhuoxue Treated IgA nephropathy (Ⅰ-Ⅲ type) Qiyinliangxutype patients can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, reduced24-hour urinaryprotein excretion and urine red blood cell count, correcting immune dysfunction, showingTCM combining the advantages of the treatment of this disease.
