Objective:To observe degree rise in creatinine levels after coronary artery interventional. To exploreclinical risk factors for different degrees contrast-induced nephropathy and the clinical significance of urineNGAL.Methods:(1)Select coronary angiography and interventional treatment were157patients..According tothe creatinine level of2to3days was divided into4groups:The normal group, group of renal damage1:Creatinine0-10%,group of renal damage2:Creatinine10-25%,group of CIN: creatinine≥25%.(2)Evaluation of risk factors between4groups. Detected urine NGAL after12hours and the clinicalsignificance of urine NGAL.(3)All data were analyzed using t test,X2test and correlation analysis.Significance was set at P<0.05.Results:(1) CIN occurred was8.9%.There were significant difference in left ventricular ejection fraction(X2=13.3,P=0.004),albumin levels(F=2.76,P=0.044),preoperative creatinine(X2=10.14,P=0.017),postoperative creatinine (X2=28.96,P<0.01),the dose of contrast agent (X2=26.2,P<0.01).(2) Logistic regression analysis indicated that the dose of contrast agent and hypoalbuminemi(OR=13.47,95%CI3.33-54.48,P=0.001;OR=1.778,95%CI1.076-2.93,P=0.025) were the risk factorsfor CIN.(3) There was a significant difference of determination of urinary NGAL in CIN group. There wasno difference in other groups. Conclusion:Dose of contrast agent and hypoalbuminemia were two risk factors of CIN.urine NGALtesting After12hour can be used as an indicator of CIN assessment.
