Object: This research is preliminary exploration of DRGs group in Shihezi area of Xinjiang production andConstruction Corps Corps do, to try to Shihezi area DRGs patients with hypertension group, explore laws, found the problem, find a solution to the problem. Through this research can find out the factorsinfluencing hospitalization expenses of patients with hypertension, formulate local hypertension diagnosisrelated groups (DRGs) standard, and established corresponding management standard, as soon as possiblein order to explore a scientific, reasonable, conformed to the actual medical insurance payment, promotethe sustainable and stable development of the Corps of medical insurance, but also for the corps to solve theproblem step by step the medical insurance payment method to accumulate work experience. Methods: In this study, based on the extensive literature, through data analysis to find out the factorsaffecting the cost of hospitalization in patients with hypertension. The decision tree SAS software model, case combination of hypertension patients in Shihezi area case, data from the hospital medical recordinformation, the hospitalization expenses for the target variables, select the main diagnosis, complicationgrade, gender, age, from the type, source of patients and medical treatment as the classification node, werecombined to hypertensive patients. The determination coefficient and coefficient of variation to determinewhether a packet is reasonable.Results:3274cases of hypertensive patients with median hospitalization expenses for7021.80yuan; singlefactor analysis showed that the factors affecting hospitalization expenses in patients with hypertension wereage, source of patients, medical treatment, diagnosis, complication level; multiple factors analysis thatinfluence factors of hospitalization expenses in patients with essential hypertension were age, gender, source of patients, grade, complication the main diagnosis; into the decision tree analysis by a total of6groups. By decision tree SAS software model by a total of6DRGs patients divided group, specific rulesare as follows:①grouping principal diagnosis of hypertension (ICD-10code I10),82.5years of age orolder; the main diagnosis of hypertension (ICD-10code I10),62.5≤age <82.5years, PCCLs is greaterthan0; the main diagnosis of hypertension (ICD-10code I10),62.5≤age <82.5years, PCCLs=0; the maindiagnosis of hypertensive disease (ICD-10code I10),43.5≤age <62.5years, PCCLs≥2; the maindiagnosis of high blood pressure disease (ICD-10code I10), age <43.5years, PCCLs≥2; the maindiagnosis of hypertensive disease (ICD-10code I10), age <62.5years, PCCLs≤1; the greater thedifferences of different groups, group differences were smaller, the packet is reasonable. Conclusion: This study is the method of decision tree model for DRGs packet on the cost of hypertensionpatients in Shihezi area and to explore, through the discussion of the results, this study gets the followingconclusions: This study showed that Shihezi area to meet the research condition of DRGs; using thedecision tree model for hospitalization expenses for patients with hypertension DRGs packet is feasible; themodel can be a basic group of hypertension which subdivided into six subgroups; on the whole in theattempt to relevant research of DRGs is feasible. Therefore, local area to carry out grouping method ofDRGs is of great significance to explore.
