Objective:This study attempts to conduct continuous dynamic monitoring on life signschange of patients after heart surgical operation before and after chest physicaltherapy by monitor, observe and conclude patients’ life signs change after chestphysical therapy, discuss three types of chest physical therapy methods’ effects ofclinical application, find out the best physical therapy, and provide a basis forclinical nursing measures in time.Method:This study chooses the cardiac surgery of a hospital in Siping area as the researchbase. The sample of this study are162partients who have congenital heart disease, coronary heart disease, valvular heart disease and aortic aneurysm from Jan.2013toAug.2014. It makes a comparsion of the above parients’ HR, RR and SPO2afterchest physical therapy, however, it has no statistically significance (P>0.05).In otherwords, there is no difference among different types of patients in terms of these threeindicators before therapy. They are then divided into three groups randomly (eachgroup54patients). Group A(n=54)patients are asked to do deep breath, cough andtap, group B(n=54)patients are asked to do deep breath, cough and tremor, andgroup C(n=54)patients are asked to do deep breath, cough, tap and tremor. PHILIPSmonitor produced by HP company are adopted to observe all patients’ HR, RR andSPO2after chest physical therapy. It uses SPSS22.0to analyze factors such as HR,RR and SPO2, and it also conducts t-test and uses mean±difference to indicate. χ2test is used to examine gender, age, lung infection, smoking and extracorporealcirculation; patients’ HR, RR and SPO2in different diseases, three groups’ sameindicator or different conditions but same group all comply with the normaldistribution. Besides that, one-way ANOVAs is adopted for those that meet therequirements for the analysis of variance, if not, uses nonparametric test. The differences in each group are statistically significant, so it uses pairwise comparison.Findings:1. It is found that patients in the three groups that use different chest physicaltherapy methods have no statistically significance (P>0.05) in terms of gender, age, lung infection, smoking and extracorporeal circulation, while there is statisticallysignificance (P<0.05) in arteriosclerosis.2. Three groups patients’ HR, RR and SPO2have statistically significance(P<0.05) after different chest physical therapy methods. However, there is nostatistically significance (P>0.05) in RR after using different chest physical therapy.3. Three types of chest physical therapy methods have no statisticallysignificance (P>0.05) in terms of HR and RR effect, except SPO2. It is shown thatpatients in group C achieve better SPO2change than group A and group B. Thecomparison between group A and B shows that there is no statistically significance(P>0.05). Patients in group C perform better SPO2and increase faster than that ofgroup A and group B after chest physical therapy. Adopting C group chest physicaltherapy can achieve higher SPO2than group A and B.4. Three types of chest physical therapy methods have no statisticallysignificance (P>0.05) in terms of HR, RR and SPO2for patients who do not sufferarteriosclerosis.5. chest Three types of physical therapy methods have statistically significanceThree types of chest physical therapy methods have statistically significance (P>0.05)in terms of HR and RR for arteriosclerosis patients except SPO2(P<0.05).And thecomparsion between two show group C therapy achieve better results inarteriosclerosis patients’ SPO2, which has some statistically significance (P<0.017).Conclusion:1. All the patients in three groups are found to have slower HR after their chestphysical therapy;2. All the patients in three groups are found to have significant higher SPO2aftertheir chest physical therapy;3. There is no obvious change can be found in all the patients’ HR and RR aftertherapy, but all the three methods can successfully improve patients’ SPO2. Methodused in group C shows better treatment effect than that of group A and B, which isable to keep higher SPO2; 4. The physical therapy used in group C shows better effect in arteriosclerosispatients’ SPO2.
