Clinical Research Of Fire-needle Therapy Combined With Blood-letting Puncture And Cupping On Treating Chronic Eczema

Objective: Through the research of related index and theclinical curative effect on treating chronic eczema by using themethods of fire-needle therapy combined with blood-letting punctureand cupping compare to the methods of taking LevocetirizineHydrochloride tablets orally combined with daubing MometasoneFuroate Cream,in order to explore the safety,relapse and ueffects offire-needle therapy combined with blood-letting punctre andcupping in the treatment of chronic eczema.Discuss the preliminarymechanism of the treatment of chronic eczema by using fire-needletherapy combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping.Methods:Select60patients with chronic eczema according to the inclusionof spinal tuberculosis operation standard and exclusion standardstrictly.The patients are all from The second Province Hospital oftraditional Chinese medicine in Sichuan province Departmentbetween June2013and November2013.Divide these patients intotreatment group and control group randomly.The patients from thetreatment group use the therapy of fire-needle therapy combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping to treat the chronic eczema.And the other30patients from the control group use the methodsof taking Levocetirizine Hydrochloride tablets orally combined withdaubing Mometasone Furoate Cream.The course of two groups is20days.And the healing patients will be interviewed after thetreatment for3months.Analyze the two methods from the changesof EASI score values and the primary symptom(erythema,papules,scales,hypertrophy or moss,itching, psoriasis area) score values,thegeneral curative effect,the time needed for skin lesions subsided30％,adverse reaction and the condition of recurrence ofrespectively.We make comprehensive evaluation on the clinical valueand safety by using fire-needle therapy combined with blood-lettingpuncture and cupping in the treatment of chronic eczema,in orderto make reasonable guidance clinical promotion.Results:1.Thedifferences of baseline group from the two groups are notstatistically significant(P＞0.05),comparable.2.The Markedly effectiverate and total effective rate of the group which used fire-needletherapy combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping to treatthe chronic eczema are85.71％and92.86％respectively.TheMarkedly effective rate and total effective rate of the group whichused the methods of taking Levocetirizine Hydrochloride tabletsorally combined with daubing Mometasone Furoate Cream to treat the chronic eczema are65.52％and86.21％respectively.Thedifferences of Markedly effective rate and total effective ratebetween the two groups have no statistical significance (P＞0.05).3.After treatment, according to the scores of EASI and clinicalsymptoms of the two groups,the differences of the scores ofHypertrophy of moss and Itching degree have statistical significance(P＜0.05).But in the aspect of improving the scores of erythema,papules,scales and the area of skin lesion and EASI,the comparativedifferences between two groups have no statistical significance(P＞0.05).4.The changes of EASI score values and clinical symptomsintegral value contrast of the two groups before and after treatmentare statistically significant within group(P＜0.05).5.The comparativedifferences of the time needed for skin lesions subsided30％between the two groups have no statistical significance (P＞0.05).6.The comparative differences of the recurrence time and recurrencerate are statistically significant between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of using fire-needle therapy combinedwith blood-letting puncture and cupping in the treatment ofchronic eczema is distinct.Both methods showed similar efficacy intreating chronic eczema.Both kinds of treatments for chronic eczemaall can improve the patient’s EASI score values and the primary symptom scores.But the treatment group in improving the scores ofHypertrophy of moss and itching degree are better than the controlgroup.The long-term curative effect of using fire-needle therapycombined with blood-letting puncture and cupping on treatingchronic eczema is better than the methods of taking LevocetirizineHydrochloride tablets orally combined with daubing MometasoneFuroate Cream.Its recurrence rate is low.Treatment group has muchlonger time than control group in controlling the recurrence intervalof chronic eczema.The method is safe and reliable. It has theadvantages of non-toxic side effects, not easily happened resistanceand so on.The treatment also can reflect the characters of "simple,convenient, cheap and effective" for traditional Chinese medicinetreatment.The treatment of using fire-needle therapy combined withblood-letting puncture and cupping has high clinical applicationvalues. And it is worth to promote in clinical treatment.
