Background and Objeetive Pneumonia-type lung cancer (PTLC) was a lung cancer who performance for patchy or large fuzzy shadows in the chest adiology, and accompanied by a cough, sputum and other symptoms. It was not rare in the clinical, but the relevant report was less in domestic. In recent years, along with the increasing of lung cancer, its incidence was also increased. Because of there was not particularity performance in the clinical, and like pneumonia in the chest adiology, so easily misdiagnosed as pneumonia, tuberculosis, bronchiectasis and other diseases, bringing some difficulty to diagnosis, as a result the treatment was delayed. This paper discusses the analysis of the clinical performances of pneumonic-lung cancer. About its clinical stages, pathological types, radiological characteristics, misdiagnosis, and treatment modes. The purpose is to improve the awareness of clinician pneumonia lung cancer, with a view to its early diagnosis, treatment and help us reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.Method Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of24patients of PTLC who were admitted by The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January,2011to December,2013, showed diffuse large consolidation, or with nodular, grid-like, grinding glass, but no significant mass in statistical methods used as the main clinical features. Results (1) These patients contain9males and15females, age range:30-76years,four cases smoking,20cases of non-smokers, there is a long-term history of exposure to mineral dust4cases; two cases of pulmonary history of the underlying disease:one case of suffering from COPD, a case history of suffering from tuberculosis;1patient associated with pulmonary embolism.(2) non-specific clinical symptoms, mainly as follows:cough, sputum, chest pain, dyspnea, hemoptysis, hemoptysis wire sputum, weight loss, swollen lymph nodes, fever.(3) chest imaging mainly as a large area of consolidation, ground glass, can be combined with nodules, irregular cysts, vacuoles, etc.(4) diagnosis methods:by bronchoscopy lung biopsy, by B ultrasound-guided percutaneous lung biopsy, lymph node biopsy, pleural fluid cytology, pathology.(5)pathological types:adenocarcinoma, pure bronchioloalveolar carcinoma, bronchioloalveolar carcinoma with mixed adenocarcinoma.(6) can easily be clinically misdiagnosed as lobar pneumonia, caseous pneumonia, alveolar protein deposition psychosis.(7) The majority of patients are diagnosed with advanced lung cancer, more than the lungs, pleura, mediastinal lymph node metastasis. Conclusion (1) Pneumonia-type lung carcinoma is not rare in the type of lung cancer, accounted about0.74%of lung cancer;(2) the PTLC pathological types are mainly adenocarcinoma;(3) the PTLC and easily misdiagnosed misdiagnosed as pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis is common, and the misdiagnosis for a long time, mostly when confirmed late, lost the opportunity to operation.
