Objective:By using Zusanli vitamin B1injection method, from the recovery of postoperativebowel sounds, first exhaust, defecation, and the impact on the relevant laboratoryparameters motilin, scientific evaluation Zusanli acupoint injection to promote brain injurypostoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function efficacy and safety. Search for a safe, effective, convenient and interventions used to promote the recovery of gastrointestinalfunction after traumatic brain injury surgery, rehabilitation as soon as possible to promotephysical function, will have a positive clinical significance.Method:Select April2013September2013Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital of Neurosurgeryhospitalized patients, this study used a randomized, controlled clinical trials, patients withtraumatic brain injury will be collected after the62cases were randomly divided into controlgroup (31cases), treatment group (31cases) and control group were subject toanti-inflammatory, rehydration and other conventional treatment group except afterconventional therapy, to vitamin B1(Size:2ml:100mg) bilateral Zusanli acupoint injectioneach1ml, daily1, a treatment for five days of treatment a course of treatment. After treatment, the two groups of postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds, first exhaust the clinicalefficacy and appropriate laboratory parameters of gastrointestinal function recovery time, defecation time to compare observed.Results:1.The study showed that the treatment group in the postoperative recovery time of bowelsounds, first exhaust and defecation were shorter than the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05);2.In comparison72hours after recovery of gastrointestinal function endpoint, the totaltreatment group and the control group were96.77%efficiency,90.32%, effective differencebetween the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05) of the total;3.The first four days after surgery in patients treated with MTL content was significantlyhigher than the first day after surgery, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion:After clinical study concluded that patients with traumatic brain injury complicated bypostoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction in vitamin B1Zusanli been significantly afterinjection treatment efficacy, thus contributing to the patient’s recovery. |
