The method of preparation porous scaffold by the biological active materialis one of the important research area in tissue engineering now, in this paperballed sodium chloride be used as porogen for preparing Polylactic acid(PLA)porous scaffold and HA/PLA (Hydroxyapatite/Polylactic acid) composite porousscaffold by both of Solvent Casting Particle Leaching and Hot Pressing-SaltLeaching two methods. Test scaffold at the end of experiment.In the experiment of preparing PLA porous scaffold, surface morphology,pore structure and mechanical strength of scaffold were set as measurements forscaffold. Designed and carried out the experiment about the process parametersof scaffold. Tested and analyzed pore structure mechanical strength of scaffoldwith the changing of content and size of sodium chloride. The analysis resultsshowed that there was heavily changing of the surface topography roughness,porosity, pore connectivity rate and mechanical strength of sc affold withdifferent of content of porogen, but there is no changing about pore size, it justbe effected by the changing of sodium chloride’s size.In the experiment of preparing PLA/HA composite porous scaffolds, setcomposite porous scaffolds which added HA with different content as theresearch object, analyzed the changing of surface morphology、pore connectivityand pore size of composite porous scaffolds with different content of HA byscanning electron microscope. By testing the changing of porosity with differentcontent of HA. Through the tensile, bending, compressive strength, Concludedthe best rang of HA content for scaffold.
