Combined Detection Of Serum, Peritoneal Fluid And Abdominal Cavity Drainage Fluid CA125, CA199and IL-6Evaluations Of Endometriosis

Objective：To determination of endometriosis patients (endo-metriosis,EMS) in serumand peritoneal fluid CA125, CA199and interleukin6(IL-6) concentrations, toinvestigate the relationship between the three factors of change and theEMS, looking for amore accurate diagnosis and detection of disease development.Methods：From40patients with EMS (experimental group), according to the r-AFSmethod is divided into phase I to IV in stages, including EMSI、II period (group1)16cases, III、IVperiod (group2)24cases;40patients with uterine fibroids (control group).Using immune chemilumines cence detection of two groups of patients with theconcentration of the three factors in serum and peritoneal fluid, compare the difference.Results：1.EMS of the patient’s serum CA125, CA199and IL-6readings, the positiverate were significantly higher in the control group;2.EMS patients abdominal fluid CA125,CA199and readings of IL-6, the positive rate were significantly higher in the controlgroup;3.and1set of EMS three factors in serum test and control group no significantdifference (P>0.05), and three factors in peritoneal fluid were significantly higher thanthat of control group (P <0.01);EMS in the2groups patients serum and peritoneal fluid ofthree factors were higher than control group (P <0.01); Significant difference was foundin group1,2,EMS patients serum;4.serum CA125, CA199and IL-6combineddetermination of sensitivity and specificity were55%and55%respectively; March5.preoperative and postoperative serum CA125, CA199and IL-6P <0.01.Conclusion：The combined detection of EMS patients serum and peritoneal fluid CA125,CA199and IL-6is closely related to the occurrence and development of EMS;Combination of three factors serological detection to improve the specificity of endometriosis diagnosis; Through the determination of serum CA125, CA199and IL-6can be used as judgment index of its prognosis.
